Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Arrive Delhi by International flight. After a traditional 'Swagat' (Welcome) our representative would assist you at airport & transfer to hotel for check-in. After breakfast, take a guided tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jehanabad. Visiting the great Jama Masjid, Red Fort followed by walk through Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad, now a picturesque bazaar. Leh Ladakh Package Post Lunch visit Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat later drive by India Gate & President's House. Also visit Humayun's Tomb & Qutub Minar in New Delhi

• Day 2 : Delhi - Leh (Flight)

  Early Morning after breakfast transfer to Airport to board the flight to Leh, The Land of endless discovery. Upon arrival you are met by our representative & transferred to our Hotel. Complete rest for the day & acclimatisation. Later in the afternoon walk around Leh town & a visit to Leh Market.

• Day 3 : Leh - Alchi - Uleytokpo (75Kms.)

  After breakfast leave for the famous Alchi monastery, which is the only monastery in Ladakh on flat ground. Day for enjoy Rafting in Indus river which starts from Phey to Nimu. Hot Lunch at back of Indus. Enroute visit Likir monastery perched on a hilltop & overlooking Likir village, Gurudwara Pathar Sahab & Magnet Hill to defi the gravitational law. Later drive to Uleytokpo campsite, which is one of the most beautiful campsites in Ladakh region. Evening at leisure by the river bank.
  Overnight Camp - Uleytokpo.

• Day 4 : Uleytokpo - Lamayuru - Leh (180Kms.)

  After breakfast leave Uleytokpo for Lamayuru monastery. Enroute pass through Khaltsi, known for its famous apricots & apples. From here another 22 Kms drive to Lamayuru after climbing high mountain loops. Visit the Lamayuru Monastery, oldest & most spectacularly set monastery in Ladakh & was founded in the 10th Century BC. Later in the afternoon drive back to Leh which will take about 5 hours drive. Evening at leisure

• Day 5 : Leh - Nubra (135 Kms)

  After breakfast, drive to the mystical Nubra Valley over the exhilarating Khardung la Pass (5600m.), the highest point of our journey. The views from the top are spectacular; extending, to the south, across the Indus Valley to the seemingly endless Peaks and Ridges of the Zanskar Range. To the north, the views of the mighty peaks of the Saser Massif are amazing. We continue driving over the fairly rough road to Tirith, where we will spend the next three nights in Comfortable Camp. Evening free.

• Day 6 : Tirith - Diskit - Hunder

  After breakfast drive to Diskit, the starting point of our 5 hour camel trek to Hunder. Diskit is home to a small population of Bactrain Camels; these shaggy, double humped animals, were once used as pack animals on the Central Asian Trade Routes. On camel back, we pass through this dramatic high altitude Desert, with its rolling sand dune and barren landscape, dotted with lush, green, river valleys. From Hunder, we drive back to our camp at Tirith.

• Day 7 : Tirith - Samur - Samstaling Panamik

  After breakfast, we set off on a full day of sightseeing to Samstaling Monastery and the village of Samur. This is part of the old silk route and was used by trade caravans on their way to Panamik, the last village on this Circuit. Panamik, now a sleepy village, was once a major trade centre for merchants. Here we will visit hot springs and the Tiny Ensa Gompa before driving back to our Camp at Tirith.

• Day 8 : Nubra - Leh (6 hrs. drive)

  Drive back to Leh, over the Khardung la Pass. Overnight in hotel. Evening free.

• Day 9 : Leh - Pangong Lake (150 Kms)

  Leave early morning with packed breakfast & lunch to Pangong Lake, Ascend Changla Pass (5486 m), enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the Pass. After crossing the Pass we reach Tsoltak, known for its yaks. Arrive Durbuk, from there a short drive to the western shore of the Pangong lake. Enjoy the landscape in the backdrop of the Lake. This famous blue & brackish Lake is 5-6 Km wide & over 144 Km long with 2/3rd of it running the other side of INDO-TIBETAN BORDER & 1/3rd in India. One rarely feels so close to nature & the scenery is unforgettable. Enjoy this night in camp near Pangong Lake.

• Day 10 : Pangong Lake - Tiri (180 KMS)

  After breakfast leave in morning and drive to Tiri , stop at Upshi for check point. From here the road turns left and reach Tiri. This is the famous starting point for trekking into Zanskar Range. This is a beautiful spot near Indus River. Tonight we stay here in camp.

• Day 11 : Tiri - Tsomoriri (140 Kms)

  Leave in the morning and drive to Chumathang. Which is famous for medical hot spring & people visit to this place for medical bath. From here a short drive upto Maha bridge the main checking point to enter to this new area. From here the road is rough. On the way visit Sumdah village and another 55 kms drive will take you to Tsomoriri. The Lake is breeding grounds for numerous species of birds. Chief among them are the bar headed goose, found in great numbers, crested grebe, the Brahmini duck (ruddy sheldrake) and the brown headed gull. The Lake is 8 Kms. Wide and 28 Kms long. Overnight in tents.

• Day 12 : Tsomoriri

  In the morning visit Korzok village with its houses and its Gompa appearing like a mirage. The few barley fields at Korzok must be among the highest cultivation in the world. In the afternoon visit around the Lake. Dinner and overnight in tents.

• Day 13 : Tsomoriri - Korzok - Puga - Tsokar - Tanglangla - Leh

  Drive to Mahe Village and the road turns left from here towards Puga Valley. The village is an unforgettable scene of shooting fountain and white clouds hanging upon. This is Butan gas which Puga Valley is famous. Continue drive to Tsokar via Polokongka pass (13500 ft.) and visit Tsokar (small Lake) and one can visit Thugke Gomp. The place is famous for wild asses are generally seen here grazing and they seem moving in flocks. From here short drive and reach on National Highway route (Leh - Manali). Continue drive towards to Leh via Tanglangla Pass (5350 Mtrs.) which is the second highest Motorable Pass in the world. Arrive Leh in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 14 : Leh - Delhi (flight)

  Morning post breakfast transfer to Airport to catch the flight for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi assistance to check in at our Hotel. In the evening we will cover the remaining sight seeing in Delhi

• Day 15 : Delhi - Agra - Delhi (500 kms)

  Morning post breakfast, day at leisure.
  After early breakfast we drive to Agra. Agra, the erstwhile capital of India under Great Mughal & known for Taj Mahal - Eternal Poetry of love, built by emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Most of Agra is on the West bank of river Yamuna, with the Agra Fort & the Taj Mahal at its nucleus. Taj Mahal is quite simply one of mankind's most remarkable creations. After an early breakfast, visit Taj Mahal followed by Agra Fort. Later in the afternoon take an excursion to Sikandara, Akbar's tomb. Later in the evening we will drive back to Delhi.
