Meet at Istanbul Atatürk Airport and transfer to your hotel. Cocktail & briefing on Turkish Cuisine. Dinner at Nevizade.
In the morning Turkish cooking class at a la turca or house cafe . Enjoy what you’ve prepared with a glass of Turkish wine. Visit Galata Tower after lunch for a cup of turkish coffee with the panaromic view of Istanbul. In the afternoon an educational visit to Gulluoglu Baklava to learn the preperation of baklava and taste different kinds. A drive along the Bosphorus to enjoy the view and a stop for tea at a caffee by the water. Diner served at Hacı baba restaurant with typical traditional Turkish food.
Breakfast at the hotel: Short orientation of the City and depart for Çanakkale. Visit Doluca or Melen wine factory on the way. Lunch in Gelibolu (Sardines wraped with wine leaves or fish soup). Cross Dardanelles by fery. Arrival to Çanakkale, check-in to Tusan Hotel, dinner and over- night at the hotel (Sheppard Salad, Beykoz Kebap, Wedding soup & Turkısh desserts, Bozcaada wine)
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Izmir. Visit Ancient Troia on the way. Lunch at Ayvalik (wild vegetables, rezene, radika, hindibağ, kuskonmaz vs.). Continue to drive and visit of Ancient City of Pergamon en route. Arrival Izmir and check-in to Anemon Hotel. Dinner will be served at Deniz Restaurant with seafood specialities. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel, drive to Ephesus.. Visit the House of Virgin Mary and the ruins of Ancient Ephesus. Lunch at a local restarant ; a village house serving gözleme, grilled meat and traditional village food. In the late afternoon, sopping in the local market for diner preperation at a boutique hotel in Sirince.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Izmir Airport for domestic flight to Istanbul. Enjoy touring in Istanbul. In the morning, visit Hagia Sophia and proceed to Sultanahmet Koftecisi. A special meatball restaurant. In the afternoon visit Turkish Islamic Arts Museum and Nakkas Galery for to sea turkish rugs and Iznic tiles after wine tasting in their Byzantine cistern. Return to Hotel. In the evening, dine around. Ciya Restaurant and Kanaat Restaurant on Asian side, Pandeli , Hamdi, Hanedan and Park Fora on the European side. ( Menues and prices will be available before you make your choice) Return to the hotel and overnight.
Breakfast at hotel, starting the full–day tour with Blue Mosque, Byzantine Hippo- drome and Topkapi Palace Museum . Proceed to the Grand Bazaar. Lunch in the bazaar at Havuzlu Restaurant. visiting the Grand bazaar after lunch. In the late afternoon visit Spice Market for shopping herbs and spices and return to the hotel.
