Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport - Hotels (Ahmedabad)

  On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by one of our representatives outside the exit gate. Just keep a look out for a friendly man
  holding a placard with your name on it. The representative will take you to your car, from where you’ll be whisked off to your
  hotel.

• Day 2 : Ahmedabad City Tour Half Day (Ahmedabad)

  This tour will take you to several sites of great interest in Ahmedabad:
  - The 16th century Sidi Sayed mosque famous for its stunning stone, carved latticework windows
  - The Jama Masjid (Friday Mosque) dating back to the 1400s and a great example of Ahmedabad’s Islamic architecture.
  - The Hathi Singh Jain temple with fascinating architecture that fuses both Hindu and Islamic influences
  - The Dada Hari Baoli (step well) built in the unique Gujarati style
  - Sidi Bashir mosque with its shaking minarets
  - Gandhi’s Sabarmati Ashram, where the Salt March of 1930 began

• Day 3 : Hotels - Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (Ahmedabad)

  The driver will take you to the airport for your flight. We recommend you depart for the airport four hours before an international
  flight and three hours prior to a domestic one.

After Confirmation:
1) Any service/services not availed from the above costing will deduct the
cost as per the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
 

•  15 Days prior to the starting date – 25% of the service cost.


•  7 Days prior to the starting date – 50% of the service cost.


•  5‐7 Days prior to the starting date – 75% of the service cost.


•  Less than 24 hours to 5 days prior to dept – 100% of the service cost.

Terms & Conditions:
 

•  50% advance of the total package cost before 30 Days  as confirmation from your side. And rest 50% on or before 15 Days.


•  Hotel standard Check‐In / Check‐out time 1200 hrs noon but at some hotels it is 1400 hrs.


•  Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by supplier and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.


•  Please note, we have allocation from the hotels mentioned. However in the rare event of any of the above mentioned hotels or room category booked not becoming available at the time of reconfirmation of the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.


•  In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour priceaccordingly.
