Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Arrival at the Airport - transfer to Tirana - afternoon visit the Mosque of Et’hem Bej, the Tomb of Kapllan Pasha and Tanners Bridge – dinner at local restaurant – overnight at hotel.

• Day 2 :

  breakfast followed by the visit of Mosaics of Tirana and National Historical Museum - at noon excursion to mount Dajti by Cable car (1200 m highness, 15 min ride) – afternoon visit the World Headquarter of Muslim Bektashi Sect, the National Arts Gallery and ex-residential block of communist party leaders - dinner at local restaurant - overnight at your hotel.

• Day 3 :

  This morning drive to Kruja - visits of the Castle, the Museum of Skanderbeg and the fascinating Ethnographic museum - a stroll along the old bazaar, which has a wonderful selection of souvenirs -continue on to Lezha where visit the Memorial of Skanderbeg – proceed to Shkodra - afternoon visit the “Rozafa” fortress, Mesi bridge and Shkodra Museum – dinner at local restaurant – overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 :

  Today you will drive to Montenegro through Murriqan/Sukobin cross border – stop en route in Ulqinj, where 90% of inhabitats are of Albanian origin - visit the Fortress and the Archaeological museum – proceed to Budva through Petrovac and St.Stefan island – sightseeing and visit the old town – dinner, overnight at hotel in Budva area.

• Day 5 :

  After breakfast drive along imposant coastal road to Kotor-sight-seeing of the old town (UNESKO Heritage) - visit the Cathedral, St Luke Church, Old Gates and Clock Tower, followed by the visit of the island “Our Lady of the Rock” – drive to village Njegusi along the old roadwith the most beautiful view on whole Boka Kotorska bay – stop at restaurant Njeguska Sijela,degusting national food smoken ham and cheese sandwich & drink- afternoon follow on to Cetinje -visit the Royal Palace of King Nikola II and the Monastery of St. Petar – proceed to Podgorica - dinner, overnight at hotel in Podgorica

• Day 6 :

  At morning drive from Montenegro to Kosova – en-route visit the Monastery of Moraca and Rozaja Tower (Kulla e Rozajes) then drive to Peja where visit the Orthodox Patriarchate and the Decani Monastery - follow on to Gjakova, where visit the Mosque of Hadum then proceed to Prizren, which is considered as the jewel in the crown of Kosova – dinner, overnight at hotel in Prizren.

• Day 7 :

  Breakfast followed by the visit of the Prizren League house, the stone bridge, the Bajrakli Gazi Mehmet Pasha's mosque, the Helvetis-Tekke, the Hammam and Sinan Pasha's mosque – at noon drive to Prishtina - en-route visit the Kosovo Field, where on 1389 took place the battle between Christian forces and Ottoman invaders - visit the Tomb of Sultan Murad II -afternoon Visits of Prishtina Museum, the Mosque of Sultan Mehmet Fatih the Clock Tower and Ethnographic museum – dinner, overnight at hotel.

• Day 8 :

  This morning drive to Skopje – en-route visit the Monastery of Gracanica and the Cave of Gadima, a tourist exotic point -afternoon visits of stone bridge, Mustafa Pasha Mosque, old bazaar, the church of St.Spas and St.Pantelejmon Church in Nerezi - dinner, overnight at hotel

• Day 9 :

  After breakfast drive to Tetova, where visit the Motley Mosque and the Tekke Arabati Baba – follow on to Ohrid along the banks of Black Drini river – en-route visit the Jovan.Bigorsi monastery in Gostivar – afternoon visit of the Tsar Samoil’s fortress, St.Sofia, St.Kaneo, St.Kliment Churches – dinner, overnight at hotel in Ohrid.

• Day 10 :

  At morning drive to St Naum town where visit the Monastery of St Naum – re -enter Albania and continue on to Voskopoja,famous for its old Churches with significant religious paints - afternoon visit the museum of the Medieval Arts – dinner at local restaurant - overnight at hotel in Korca.

• Day 11 :

  Early morning drive to Gjirokastra (Unesco World Heritage)through southern highlands, via Erseka, Permeti and Kelcyra Gorge -afternoon visit the Ethnographic Museum – dinner, overnight at hotel in Gjirokastra.

• Day 12 :

  After breakfast visit the pre-ottoman Fortress, Weapons Museum and former political prison then drive to Saranda – en-route visit the “Blue Eye” spring and Mesopotami church – afternoon visit the Ruins of Antic City of Butrinti (Unesco World Heritage) – dinner, overnight at hotel in Saranda.

• Day 13 :

  This morning you drive to Vlora along mountain road of Albanian Riviera enjoying the beautiful and fantastic scenery and landscapes of Ionian Coastline and Llogara Pass – en-route visit the Ali Pasha of Ioanina castle at Porto Palermo bay - afternoon visit the Independence House and the Muradie Mosque - dinner, overnight at beach hotel in Vlora.

• Day 14 :

  At morning drive to village Pojan in Fieri - visit the Archaeological Center of Apolonia - this ancient site was an important port along the route between Rome and Byzantium. Emperor Augustus studied there, and Aristotle mentioned the town in his book on politics – continue on to Berati – en-route visit ther Monastery of Ardenica and a local winery - afternoon visit the Ethnographic museum, King’s Mosque, Bachelor Mosque and Helvetian Tekke - dinner, overnight at hotel in Berati.

• Day 15 :

  After breakfast visit the 2400 years Citadel, still inhabitet and the ruins of about 20 churches - visit the Church of St. Mary of Vllaherna which has 16th C mural paintings by Onufri, the Albania's most famous medieval painter and his son Nicola – at midday drive to Durres where visit of the Roman Time Amphitheater and Archaeological Museum - dinner, overnight at beach hotel in Durres.

• Day 16 :

  Free morning for relax and shopping – transfer to airport for departure
