Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Mother Teresa Airport - Tirana (18 km)

  The tourist group arrives in the Mother Theresa Airport. Accommodation in a hotel near the city center – Guided visits in: Scanderbeg Square, Ethem-Beu Mosque, ex-residential area “The Block”, Pyramid, Historical parts of Tirana, Tabak’s Bridge, Historic Museum etc. Traditional Albanian Dinner. Overnight: Tirana.
• Day 2 : Tirana - Durres - Berat (UNESCO) (130 km)

  After breakfast, departure to Berat- On the way to Berat we make a stop in Durres to visit the Roman Amphitheater – In Berat we first visit the Castle Berat. – After the Castle we visit Onufri Museum and the Ethnographic Museum – Accommodation – According to the desire of the group we can have lunch in Traditional Restorant After lunch we will visit another section of the city called “Gorica”- Dinner in Traditional Restaurant. Overnight: Berat.
• Day 3 : Berat (UNESCO) - Ardenica - Apollonia - Vlora (110 km)

  After breakfast we departure to the city of Vlora. On the way to Vlora we stop and visit Ardenica Monastery and after Ardenica we stop and visit the archaeological center of Apolloni and the monastery. Optional: lunch in Apollonia. Visit the Flag Square in Vlora – Short break in Vlora and free time. – Accommodation near Radhima beach. Free time to swim-Dinner in hotel. Overnight: Vlora.
• Day 4 : Vlora - Butrinti (UNESCO) - Saranda (160 km)

  After breakfast we drive to Saranda through Llogara, Himara, Borsh-Time to swim and lunch in Himara. Visit Porto Palermo Castle. Accommodation in Saranda-Guided Tour in the Archaeological site of Butrinti. Traditional Albanian Dinner. Overnight: Saranda.
• Day 5 : Sarande - Mesopotam - Blue Eye - Gjirokaster (UNESCO) (60 km)

  After breakfast, departure to Gjirokastra – Visit Shen Koll monastery – Mesopotam. Visit Syri i Kalter (Blue eye) and coffee-break – Arrival and accommodation in Gjirokaster. Lunch or picnic in the tourist site of Viroi, Gjirokaster. Visit of old center, market, mosque, castle, Zekate-house, time-off- Dinner at a traditional place. Overnight: Gjirokastra.
• Day 6 : Gjirokaster (UNESCO) - Tepelena - Erseka - Korca (165 km)

  After breakfast, departure to Korça – Visit the Ali Pasha castle in Tepelene – Short photo stops through Vjosa valley and Gramoz Mountain – Picnic in the green near Erseka. Accommodation in Korça. Walk through the old city, market, Orthodox Church and time off- Dinner at the hotel. Overnight: Korca.
• Day 7 : Korca - Lin - Elbasan - Petrela - Tirana - Kruja (200 km)

  After breakfast, departure from Korça to Kruja. Visit the Lin village and Lin’s Mosaic. After that coffee-break – Scenic route along Shkumbin-valley – Visit Elbasan Castle (time permitting)- Depending on the time lunch will be somewhere near river Shkumbini and Librazhd or near Elbasan – Visit Petrela castle- Visit the Historical Center of Tirana. Arrival and accommodation in Kruja for 2 nights.- Dinner at the hotel or near the Castle. Overnight: Kruja.
• Day 8 : Kruje - Lezhe - Shkoder - Kruje (145 km)

  After breakfast, departure to Shkoder- Visit the Scanderbeg memorial in Lezhe – Visit Rozafa Castle in Shkoder – Time-off at the center/ market of Shkoder – Lunch in tavern near the bridge. Visit Mesi bridge- Back to Kruje – Dinner at the hotel or a local restaurant. Overnight: Kruja.
• Day 9 : Kruje - Mother Teresa Airport (14 km)

  Breakfast at the hotel in Kruja- Visit the old bazaar and castle of Kruje as well as the ethnographic museum. Transfer to the Airport. End of our service.
