Alwar has a rambling palace with an above-average museum packed with royal booty, testifying to its former importance as capital of a Rajput state. Alwar is perhaps the oldest of the Rajasthani kingdoms, forming part of the Matsya territories of Viratnagar in 1500 BC.You will find some colourful bazaars, leafy avenues as well as the remarkable palace.Expenses occurred due to any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks due to landslides etc.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Alwar

  Depart from Delhi by train. Arrive and Check in the Haveli and proceed for Kesorli Fort to get the local touch hire local auto, visit the government museum which is one of the popular attractions famous for its artifacts. In the evenings set off to explore the Baja Bazar, famous for buying silver jewellery and handmade Rajasthani items. Dinner and Overnight in Haveli.

• Day 2 : Alwar - Bhangarh fort - Neelkanth tour - Alwar

  Early morning wake up call, be ready for Nature Walk. After breakfast, proceed to visit Bhangarh Tour- Join this historical adventure to the village in Bhangarh that is famous for its historical ruins and also believed to be the most haunted place in India. In addition to the mystery of the ruins, the village will also surprise you with its beautiful architecture. We will also take you to Abhaneri to see the famous Stepwells. Then will proceed to Neelkanth Tour - Neelkanth has one still fully standing temple of lord shiva in the middle of no-where. Legends have it that it was built by "Pandavas". Whatever may be the truth behind this legend but temple is nonetheless more than a millennia old (Visit entirely depends upon the Weather Conditions). Back to wildlife Camp, Dinner and overnight stay at resort/Haveli.

• Day 3 : Departure

  After breakfast visit The Bala Quila- The fort is no longer in a good shape but it has its own charm. This imposing fort has 5km ramparts and predates the time of Maharana Pratap, it's one of the few forts in Rajasthan built before the rise of the Mughals, who used it as a base for attacking Ranthambhore. Later visit Moosi Maharani ki Chatri - A monument which was made in the memories of Maharaja Bakhtawar Singh and his Queen Rani Moosi. It is eye catching to the viewer with its elephant structural design. It has very beautifully marked interiors as well with many wall paintings. Evening transfer to the railway station and depart for your journey.
