• Day 1 : Kurukshetra – Dharamshal by cab /-

  Meals – Welcome Drink & DinneKurukshetra – Dharamshal by cab /-r
  This evening around 8-9 Pm our representative   will pick you from   kurukshetra  and drive to Dharamsala by cab.  You  will be reaching  Dharamsala around early morning hours and check in at hotel .
  Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 2 : Dharamshala local  by cab /-

  Meals – Breakfast & Dinner
  Local  sightseeing(Daramshala) on the 1st day by cab

One of the 160 places in the world that bear tropical resemblance to Switzerland, Khajjiar is situated at a height of 6500 feet and bestowed with natural beauty and pleasant climate. Vast expanse of green meadows and dense forests besides vistas of majestic snow-clad Himalayan peaks make Khajjiar a popular destination among tourists. The Khajjiar Lake and Chamera Lake add to the charm of Khajjiar. Khajjiar is also called the Gulmarg of Himachal Pradesh.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:-
·         For package confirmation you need to deposit only 50% of amount to our Company account that is given to you and receive your confirmation voucher

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
CHILD POLICY:-
·         Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in Hotel.
 

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:-
·         For postpone/propone of tour packages are to communicated in written and need to inform us at least 7 days prior of the Tour date.
 

AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:-
·         If the client is willing to amend or cancel the booking because of any reasons or personal reasons, the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client, All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-
1.          30 days prior to departure of the tour advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.
0
2.     30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total cost.
3.     7 days to 1 day prior to departure of the tour 100% of total cost.
4.     There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
·         The above mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main tour and optional published tour by company. If client has booked any other services such as Air / Train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective Airline / Railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services from the Client.
