The Andaman and Nicobar Islands, one of the seven union territories of India comprising 572 islands of which 37 are inhabited, are a group of islands at the juncture of the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea.[5] The territory is about 150 km (93 mi) north of Aceh in Indonesia and separated from Thailand and Myanmar by the Andaman Sea. It comprises two island groups, the Andaman Islands (partly) and the Nicobar Islands, separated by the 150 km wide Ten Degree Channel (on the 10°N parallel), with the Andamans to the north of this latitude, and the Nicobars to the south (or by 179 km). The Andaman Sea lies to the east and the Bay of Bengal to the west.
Day 1 : ARRIVE PORT BLAIR – CELLULAR JAIL LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW + CORBYN’S COVE BEACH
Our representative will receive you at Veer Savarkar Airport, Port Blair and will escort to the hotel, he will also assist you to do hotel check-in formalities. After check-in and little relax, you will be taken to the following places.
Corbyns’ Cove Beach: The Corbyns’ Cove, is a serene and unspoiled soft sandy beach, set in picturesque background of lush green coconut palms and pleasant blue sea. The main attractions of this beach are the inviting water sports. The Corbyns’ Cove beach, situated 8 kms from the City centre is the closest Beach from the city. This coconut- palm fringed beach, is ideal for swimming and sun bathing. After lunch we will move towards:-
Cellular Jail: This historic building was built in the 19th century to look like a wheel with seven spokes. Today only three wings of the seven remain. It took 10 years to complete. It is called ‘Cellular’ because it is “Cells beyond Cells”.
Sound & Light Show: At the National Memorial ‘Cellular Jail’ you can attend the Sound & Light Show where the heroic saga of the Indian Freedom Struggle is brought alive by the means of light and sound at the jail premises, presented in English and Hindi, which takes you back to the British Era.
Day 2 : NORTH BAY + ROSS ISLAND ( FREE SCUBA VOUCHER )
After breakfast proceed towards Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex for day excursion to North Bay and Ross Island.
During British rule Ross Island was developed to a perfect township.
Ross Island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Ballroom, Chief Commissioner's House, Govt. House, Church, Hospital, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool and Troop Barracks, all in dilapidated condition, reminiscent of the old British regime.
North Bay Island is famous for underwater corals; it is ideal place for Scuba diving, Underwater Sea walk and snorkelling to get a glimpse of marine life. Upon Return from these famous destinations rest and relax.
Return back to Port Blair and we take you to FLAG HOSTING MEMORIAL and MARINA PARK. Post this we drop you back to your Hotel where you relax and unwind.

Day 3 : PORT BLAIR - CHIDIYATAPU
We proceed for Chidiya Tapu, the southernmost tip of South Andaman. The lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and the Sylvan Sands and the main attraction of this destination is unseen graceful sunset.
Chidiyatapu is one of the most popular tourist attractions to visit in Port Blair. This attraction is located in the southernmost tip of the South Andaman region. As the name itself states, Chidya-Tapu (meaning Bird Island) this place is home to a bunch of birds of different species and is a paradise for birdwatchers. You can spot migratory birds and the native birds of Andamans flying about in the skies beautifully. Chidiyatapu is not only famous for the beautiful birds but also for the amazing trekking trail and the magnificent sunset view as well. The prime attractions here are the Chidiyatapu Biological Park, Mundapahad and Chidiyatapu Beach.
You will cross the Chidiyatapu Sunset views point first to reach the Chidiyatapu Biological Park and then finally reach the beautifully set up beach ideal for a picnics and spending good cool time even during the sun is over head.

Post completion we drop you back to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4 : CITY TOUR AND SHOPPING (ANTHROPOLOGICAL MUSEUM / FISHERIES MUSEUM / CHATHAM SAW MILL / SAMUDRIKA MUSEUM) + SHOPPING
Samudrika Museum: It is run by the Indian Navy. The museum has seven sections presenting Geographical information, Marine life, Archaeology and people of Andaman. It has a good collection of shells, corals and a few colorful fishes.
Anthropological Museum: It was started in the year 1975-76. It illustrates the four Negrioto Tribes of the Andamanese viz; the Jarawas, Sentinels, Great Andamanese, the Onges and two Mongoloid tribes of the Nicobar Viz; the Nicobariese and the Shompens. It not only describes the life style of the nomadic tribes of Andaman and Nicobar Island but also defines their stage by stage development till the present age. The articles on display are the various handicrafts, tools, weapons, arts and crafts, and photographs etc.
Chatham Saw Mill: It is one of the oldest and largest Saw Mill in Asia lying on the tiny island connected by a bridge over a stretch of sea-water. It was set up in1883. It is owned by the government. It is still using the machinery set up initially by the British for wood processing. It was targeted by the invading Japanese forces in March 1942.
Later in the evening we go for a shopping trip to purchase gifts and souvenirs for friends and family. Return back to back to your Hotel to get little relax.
Day 5 : Depart from Portblair
Return home with sweet memories. Do note that hotels have an early check out time and guest will need to keep their luggage in the reception prior to departure, if the flight is scheduled in the afternoon. Depart Port Blair with fond memories of these mesmerizing Islands.
