It is nestled on the hillside of Kastela, ideally positioned between Split and Trogir, both easily reached by car. The property sits in a private plot of 4000 m2 set in idyllic surroundings, offering absolute tranquility and perfect family friendly accommodation for up to 10 guests. Within the grounds of the house there is beautiful 55 m2 hydro massage swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, sauna with toilet, covered terrace with outdoor furniture, summer kitchen with brick barbecue, separate outdoor dining area equipped with wooden table and chairs and bread oven, mini football field, outdoor bowling, olive grove, garden with Mediterranean herbs and flowers etc. The 'Family Hideaway' holiday rental is designed to provide absolute privacy, comfort and relaxation. You and your dear ones will surely enjoy spending time outdoors, relaxing at the pool, playing sports or discovering the area. The Mediterranean lights, scents and aromas will enchant you and the slow paced Dalmatian lifestyle will slowly grow on you... and you may end up wishing to never leave this magical place.


The house can sleep up to 10 persons in 2 holiday houses. They’re both modernly furbished and fully equipped, with every detail carefully thought through to allow you an easy going family holiday. The main holiday house has 2 levels and it has been renovated in 2013 using quality natural materials and warm color scheme. The ground floor comprises main living area with an open plan modern kitchen and dining area, bathroom and 1 room with bunk beds. The dining room has a large wooden table with enough seating for 6. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area and a large flat-screen satellite TV. It has access to the covered outside terrace overlooking the pool where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with sea view. The smaller house consists of a fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment featuring a self-contained kitchenette, dining area, sofa next to the indoor fireplace and a bathroom. The villa also has a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue where you will enjoy preparing your meals and a separate hat equipped with bread oven and wooden furniture, perfect for family gatherings outside the main house where you will enjoy tasty meals with your friends and family. Outside the house there is a secure private parking where you can safely leave your car. The house is located within 10-minute distance from Split Airport. To reach it, it would be ideal to have a car, although private transfers can be arranged from the airport. From the villa it takes only 5-10 minutes to drive downtown to Kastel Novi with its picturesque waterfront, local pebble beaches restaurants and cafes. The house is perfectly located for those who wish to explore all the touristic towns nearby as it offers easy access by car to Split, Trogir, Omis, Primosten, Sibenik, Krka Waterfalls and further away. Once you spend precious family moments in this beautiful estate, you will certainly wish to return to it over and over again, just the same as many of our guests.
