Day 1 : MUMBAI – VIA – REYKJAVIK
Assemble at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, for your flight departing towards Reykjavik.
Arrival at Keflavik Airport. Clear your customs & immigration. Later board your coach & proceed towards Reykjavik its north of Keflavik
It takes about 01 Hr to reach Reykjavik. Arrive & check-in to the hotel.
Enjoy Indian Dinner & Spend Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 : REYKJAVIK – AKUREYRI
Post Breakfast we leave for Glaumbaer. There are three historic buildings on the museum grounds in Glaumbær. At the old turf farmhouse you find the museum’s main exhibition depicting everyday life on a manorial estate in the 19th century. Áshús is a late 19th century timber building which houses an exhibition on daily life in the early 20th century as well as the museum’s tea room, which offers traditional cakes and other baked goods.
Later visit Akureyri Botonical Garden. The garden is one of the northern most botanical gardens in the world. The Botanical Garden is equally popular with the local population and visitors to Akureyri. A wide variety of both Icelandic and foreign flora is to be found there and new species are always being added to the collection. The garden, therefore, is an excellent choice for those wishing to take a break from the stress of daily life, playing as they do, the role both of a peaceful public park and also a beautiful plant collection.

Day 3 : AKUREYRI
Post breakfast we visit Gooafoss Waterfalls. The Goðafoss (Icelandic: waterfall of the gods or waterfall of the GOD) is one of the most spectacular waterfallsin Iceland.
Later visit Lake Myvatn. It’s a shallow eutrophic lake situated in an area of active volcanism in the north of Iceland, not far from Krafla volcano. The lake and its surrounding wetlands have an exceptionally rich fauna of water birds, especially ducks.
In the evening arrive back to the hotel. Enjoy Indian Dinner & Spend Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : AKUREYRI – HUSAFELL
Post breakfast at the hotel. Check-in to the hotel. We leave for Husafell. On the way we visit Blönduós textile museum. The Textile Museum in Blönduós exhibits a unique collection of homemade wool and textile items. It also exhibits beautiful Icelandic national costumes and artistic embroideries along with many of the tools and equipment used to produce them. It is the only one of its kind in Iceland.
Later we visit Gauksmýri horse farm. Here they offer you the opportunity to take a ride on unique Icelandic horse on a beautiful guided tour around the Icelandic countryside, or if you are not up for riding why not sit down and enjoy our Icelandic horse show.
Arrive at the hotel in Husafell. Husafell nature is characterized by dense woods, lava formations, crystal-clear mountain springs, hot water, magnificent ravines, glaciers, rushing glacial rivers and an extraordinary animal and birdlife.
We also visit Borgarfjörður which is a fjord (Waterfalls) in the west of Iceland near the town of Borgarnes. Although the waters of Borgarfjörður appear calm, the fjord has significant undercurrents and shallows

Day 5 : HUSAFELL
After morning breakfast, we proceed to Hraunfossar, which translates to “Lava waterfalls”, and Barnafoss, which means “Children´s waterfall”.
Hraunfossar (Borgarfjörður, western Iceland) is a series of waterfalls formed by rivulets streaming over a distance of about 900 metres out of the Hallmundarhraun, a lavafield which flowed from an eruption of one of the volcanoes lying under the glacier Langjökull.
Barnafoss is also known as Bjarnafoss, which was its previous name. Barnafoss is near Hraunfossarwhich burst out of Hallmundarhraun which is a great lava plain. Barnafoss is a waterfall in Western Iceland, about 100 kilometres (62 mi) from Reykjavík. Barnafoss is on the river Hvítá in Borgarfjörður. Hraunfossar flows out of a lava field into Hvítá near Barnafoss, creating a stunning scenery.
Day 6 : HUSAFELL – VIK
Today post Breakfast we depart for Golden Circle tour allows you to visit some of Iceland’s most stunning sights, starting with the Geysir geothermal area where the Strokkur geyser shoots a column of water up to 30 metres (98 ft.) into the air every 4-8 minutes in a thrilling display of nature’s forces. The visit continues with Gullfoss (Golden Falls) waterfall, created by the river Hvítá, which tumbles and plunges into a crevice some 32 m (105 ft.) deep.
The Golden Circle tour also includes the historical and geological wonder that is Thingvellir National Park, where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart at a rate of a few centimetres per year.
Do you like science fiction movies and want be in one (almost)? If yes then visit the abandoned DC plane on the black beach atSólheimasandur.
In 1973 a United States Navy DC plane ran out of fuel and crashed on the black beach at Sólheimasandur, in the South coast of Iceland. Fortunately, everyone in that plane survived. Later it turned out that the pilot had simply switched over to the wrong fuel tank. The remains are still on the sand very close to the sea. Later in the evening we visit Reynisdrangar. They are basaltsea stacks situated under the mountain Reynisfjall near the village Vík í Mýrdal, southern Iceland which is framed by a black sand beach that was ranked in 1991 as one of the ten most beautiful non-tropical beaches in the world.

Day 7 : VIK
Today post Breakfast we visit Skaftafell National Park. Experience the breathtaking scenery, the rugged mountains, and the beautiful glaciers along with a vast variety of plants and wildlife in Skaftafell National Park.
Later in the day we visit to experience the Glaciers at Glacier Lagoon. Arriving to the lagoon is like stepping into a dreamlike world that offers spectacular sights.
In the evening we return back to the hotel.

Day 8 : VIK – REYKJAVIK
Today post breakfast we proceed for the tour which is for nature lovers of all kinds. We take you along the south coast of Iceland, one of the country´s most scenic regions, as far as Vík, a charming village surrounded by high beautiful bird cliffs.
Along the way we stop at the gorgeous Seljalandsfoss waterfall but you can walk behind it and through to the other side. We also stop at the majestic and much-photographed Skógafoss waterfall, with its impressive 60 m drop (196 ft).
Later on the way to Reykjavik we make a stopover at famous Blue Lagoon & have a swim in the geothermal warm water.
In the evening check-in to the hotel. Enjoy Indian Dinner & Spend Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 : REYKJAVIK – KEFLAVIK
Today post breakfast, we shall check out of the hotel and head towards airport to board our flight for Mumbai.
Return home with sweet beautiful memories of Iceland.
