Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi to Manali

  Reach Delhi and board your luxury A/C Volvo bus from R. K. Ashram metro station or Majnu ka Tila (on your own) in the evening. Travel overnight by Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (12 - 14 hours). Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In short, Manali is the "valley of the gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort.

• Day 2 : Manali Local Sightseeing

  Upon your arrival at Manali, our representative assists to transfer you to the per-booked hotel. Check in at the hotel, freshen up and after some time enjoy the local city tour, visiting some of the prominent spots and attractions including Hadimba Devi temple also known as the Dhungri temple, Manu temple, Club house, Tibetan Monastery and Van Vihar etc. After enjoying exciting tour of Manali city return back to your hotel in the evening and enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Rohtang Pass or Snow Point

  Today morning after breakfast proceed for full day excursion to visit Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. Rohtang Pass is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas. Return back to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
  Kindly Note: National Green Tribunal (NGT) is allowing only limited number of vehicle to Rohtang pass every day. So client has to pay himself for the Rohtang Pass sightseeing. Vehicles will go only up to the permissible limit in case of snow fall or road block.

• Day 4 : Manali to Delhi

  Enjoy the morning breakfast and check out from the hotel at 12 noon. Luggage can be kept at reception or bell desk. Afternoon, enjoy at leisure or you can take a stroll down the Mall road in Manali and enjoy shopping antiques, shawls and handicrafts. Board the Volvo bus from Manali at around 4.30 pm to proceed for Delhi. This ends our tour with sweet memories!

• Personal expenses such as laundry, luggage charges, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (toy train), porterage.
• Travel insurance, entrance fees & guide charges.
• Snow vehicle fare, if road is block due to snow.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Room heater charges
• Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Payment Terms & Methods :
50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount.
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
More than 30 days left - Full refund
15-30 days - 30% of the tour cost.
1-15 days - 50% of the tour cost.
0-1 days - 100% of the tour cost.
* Advance amount is non refundable.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
