Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Amritsar Arrival & Half day sightseeing’s

  Arrive at Amritsar airport / Railway Station in morning, welcome by our representative and transfer to hotel.
  
  Take some rest and by afternoon start to visit.
  
  At 3 pm start for the tour to Wagah Border to witness the flag-lowering ceremony being conducted by Indian and Pakistani border guards, the time of the ceremony varies according to the seasonal change. The ceremony starts there at 5 pm it is half an hour's ceremony. You would be back to the city by 7 pm. Take dinner at hotel or in local market. Overnight stay at hotel in Amritsar.

• Day 2 : Amritsar Full day sightseeing’s

  Today morning after breakfast in hotel, start for heritage tour with visit “Golden Temple”, Jallianwala Bagh, Durgiana Temple and Ram Tirath Ashram, the renowned shrine in Amritsar
  
  Later visit partition museum which is the only museum in the world of its kind which tells you the story of the tragedy of 1947, later you can go for shopping. In night visit Golden Temple by walk.

• Day 3 : Amritsar – Dharamshala

  Today morning after breakfast in hotel, check out and drive to “Dharamshala”{220 Kms / 4.40 Hrs.} . Reach hotel by afternoon. Check in hotel and free day. Visit “Mall Market by walk”.
  
  Overnight stay at hotel in Dharamshala.
  
  Dharamshala -- Dharamshala is a city in the North Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, it is the second winter capital of Himachal Pradesh. It is surrounded by cedar forests and it lies on the edge of the Himalayas. Dharamshala is the home to Dalai Lama. Several thousand Tibetan exiles have now settled in the area and built several monasteries and schools. It is also the headquarters of the Central Tibetan Administration.

• Day 4 : Dharamshala Full Day

  After breakfast in hotel by 8.30 AM, we start to visit “Dharamshala”. You may visit:

  Dalai Lama Temple
  Bhagsu Falls {Old Shiv Temple / Nag Temple}
  War Memorial
  Cricket Stadium
  St. John Church
  Norbulingka Institute
  Dal Lake {Mcleodganj}
  Overnight stay at hotel in Dharamshala.

• Day 5 : Dharamshala to Katra

  Today morning after breakfast in hotel, check out and drive to “Katra”{245 Kms / 6.40 Hrs.} . Reach hotel by evening. Check in hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Katra.

• Day 6 : Mata Vaishnodevi Durshan

  Early morning leave for Darshan at Vaishnodeviji in the Trikuta Hills, by foot. The walk to the shrine is 12 kms {7 – 8 Hrs. minimum from one side} long. Return late in the evening / night to the Hotel.
  Overnight at hotel in Katra.
  
  NOTE:
  
  Besides walking guests can take Palki / Horse Riding / Helicopter service from Katra as per their choices.
  
  From Vaishnodevi Temple to Bhairon Ghati , since 2018 Ropeway Services also in force.

• Day 7 : Katra - Jammu (50 Kms. 1½ hrs. drive)

  Morning leave for Jammu Airport / Railway Station to onward destination.
