Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Airport Pickup + Cellular Jail + Corbyn's Cove Beach + Sound & Light Show

  Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and transfer to hotel. Relax and rest at the hotel and after lunch visit the famous CELLULAR JAIL*(a witness to the freedom struggle), - then visit the CORBYN’S COVE BEACH - one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7kms away from Port Blair town is an idle for Swimming and Sun-Basking. In the evening proceed to attend the enthralling SOUND AND LIGHT SHOW (at 1800 Hrs or 1900 Hrs, depending on light and sound show ticket availability) at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Over Night Stay at Port Blair.

• Day 2 : Port Blair - Havelock Island By Cruise - Later Radhanagar Beach Visit –Sun Set View

  After an early or packed Breakfast, check out from hotel and we’ll transfer you to the Phoenix Bay harbour from where you’ll catch a ferry/ cruise to the heaven in these islands, Havelock Island-one of the most beautiful and largest island of Ritchie’s Archipelago. Havelock is a picturesque natural paradise with beautiful white sandy beaches, rich coral reefs and lush green forest. It is one of the populated islands in the Andaman group with an area of 113 sq. km. and is located 39 km of north-east of Port Blair. Primarily populated by Bengali settlers. This island, beckons everyone to enjoy the frolic and fun at the azure sea. On your arrival at the Havelock harbour, you’ll be assisted by our representatives to board the waiting vehicles and visit world famous Radhanagar Beach is Asia’s 7th most beautiful beach. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Havelock. (NOTE: This day you’ll be travelling by an early morning ferry. You may carry packed breakfast from your hotel as the same will not be included at Havelock today. Ferry timings will be mentioned in the tickets provided to you. Please report minimum 45minutes prior to departure timings with a valid photo id card. Ferry operation is purely subjected to weather condition)
• Day 3 : Elephant Beach Visit By Speed Boat Ride + Complementary Snorkeling

  After Breakfast, start off for a full day island hopping trip. The cab will take you to visit Elephant Beach (Beach No. 3): You may use this day to embark on the most memorable trip, just 40 min by Boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkeling. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Return to Port Blair

  • Themes Snorkeling
• Day 4 : Kalapathar Beach At Havelock + Return To Port Blair

  Check out and proceed to visit KALAPATHAR BEACH a scenic beach involving a wonderful ride by the coast, spend an hour and then return from Havelock Island. Our representative then attends you and drops you to board a ferry and for Port Blair. Avail in the Private Cruize in the evening @ 1500 hrs/1630 hrs and transfer to hotel in Port Blair. Over Night Stay at Port Blair. (NOTE: Ferry timings will be mentioned in the tickets provided to you. Please report minimum 45minutes prior to departure timings with a valid photo id card. Ferry operation is purely subjected to weather condition)

Payments

• Payment & Booking Policy
  • All the booking are Confirmed with the hotel after receiving a confirmation mail from the Client with 50% or the amount mentioned by our reservation staff of the total package amount in our account with in 3days of booking
  • Balance 25% to be paid 10days prior to commencing the trip.
  • Final 25% of the payment to be done on the day of arrival in Andaman.
  • Once the booking is Confirmed, Vouchers will be issued with suggested Trip Detail & hotel reservation, which may change with prior notice to the client.
  • Once you receive the Hotel confirmation from Andaman Advisor staff, the client can reconfirm with the hotel for their reservation.
  • We would require 100% advance payment for bookings made for December and January, due to high peak season.
  • Most hotels in Andaman (Port Blair, Havelock & Neil island) usually have a 0800hours as Check in and Check Out timing. Though there are some that may allow an early or late Check in / Check Out, it however depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotels might have at their disposal during that time. Furthermore, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for a further one-day incase of an early check in or late check out. Should you have any such requirement please write to us at Andaman.

   

  Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation Received on or before 30days, a 10% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged and remaining money will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 30 days and before 15 days excluding the 15th Day – 30% of Refund. Terms & Condition applied.
  • Cancellation within 15 days of arrival OR no show – N0 Refund.
  • No refund for booking made from ARRIVEL and the month of December & January.
  • In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/Seaplane/ to Havelock or other island gets cancelled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock and additional night accommodation in Havelock/ Port Blair will be on direct payment basis on, we will be liable only to the value of the ticket.
  • All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
  • The refund is initiated from our end within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Please note that it may take 5 – 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
  • Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.
