Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT PORTBLAIR TO CARBYNS COVE BEACH + LIGHT & SOUND SHOW:

  On arrive at Port Blair, our representative receive you at Airport /Harbour and escort you to check in to the Hotel / Resort. After check-in at the hotel In the afternoon proceed for visit to Corbyn’s cove beach – a coconut fringed beach about 8kms from Port Blair city ideal for swimming. Then visit to National Memorial Cellular Jail- was built by Britishers in the years 1905 to imprison Indian political freedom fighters . Late evening witness the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.

• Day 2 : PORT BLAIR – HAVELOCK + RADHANAGAR BEACH

  Today, we start our journey towards Havelock island via ferry from Port Blair Harbour. On arrival at Havelock Island, our representative will receive and escort you to Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), the Times Magazine rated the finest beach among the best beaches in Asia. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach. After visiting the beach transfer to Portblair by ferry in the afternoon. Stay overnight at Havelock.

• Day 3 : HAVELOCK+ ELEPHANTA BEACH

  Trip to Elephant Beach: Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip, this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkeling. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Overnight stay at Havelock.

• Day 4 : HAVELOCK - PORT BLAIR + WANDOOR BEACH:

  After breakfast get ready to transfer to Portblair. After lunch visit the Wandoor beach. Wandoor is a famous beach in Port Blair and attracts hundreds of tourists everyday during the tourist season. Situated 25kms east of Port Blair, Wandoor beach is famous amongst tourists and locals alike. The picturesque scenery of the beach makes it ideal for swimming and coral sighting. With clean blue water contrasting beautifully against the dried trees, this beach is also equipped with neatly constructed benches and changing rooms for your convenience. The trees, uprooted during the 2006 Tsunami, make for scenic pictures.

• In case of any unprecedented hike in hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
• Hotel A/C Rooms Applicable for 2 persons staying together, sharing the same room with extra bed if applicable.
• The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
• As mentioned in INCLUDES IN THIS PACKAGE is applicable, other than that will be charged.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on an availability of hotels mentioned.
• During the trip, Please hold the Identity Card at Air Port, Ferry Jetty, Hotels etc. which will help the people to identify you all the time
• Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to bad weather or load restriction. Hotels do not provide any refund if your rooms are cancelled due to non sailing caused by bad weather or any technical issues or any governmental issues. We can arrange your alternative accommodation if you are ready to pay for the same.
• We will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Ferry.
• We are not responsible for any loss of any valuable things during the trip, Please take care of baggage counts all time.
• Delay of Any Payment, Tour Package won’t be processed.
• It is advisable to follow the instruction by tour manager on time to time
• The private cruise ferry or govt. ferry schedule is arranged by the management team of concerned department. So you should abide by that rule & should reach the harbor 45 minutes before the departure time of ferry.
• If ferry is missed due to late coming at harbour then another ferry will be arranged on next schedule timing on the same day if available on full ticket fare if party agree to pay & if the seats are available. Otherwise there is no option to reach Havelock & Neil island & we are not responsible in any way for refund of unused services or alternative arrangement on the same price for your hotels booked over there.
• The vehicles are used as disposal basis for the sightseeing only. The cab will drop you to the sightseeing points & take you back at given timing time to time & you will have to follow that.
• If you want your cab will wait for you only until the point visited completely then you should inform us when making booking confirmation with us.
• If you are using the cab for outside dinner then you have to pay minimum Rs.500/- & more if your hotels are very far from the dinner point.
• If cab is waiting for your shopping then spot charge is Rs. 500/-
• Due to natural calamity or any govt. issues, if some points remain close then we will not be responsible for any refund as everything is arranged before the trip start & part of the package is not breakable for refund particular part cost. Instead we will arrange alternative trip if possible for the same price booked, otherwise extra charges will be collected directly to arrange that trip.
• Our company generate the invoice for receiving payment only after discussing with the clients & finalizing each & every things mentioned the package from our side. And after receiving the payment the package is considered as the final package & before that all the packages sent are not considered as everything corrected until discussion with clients.

• Check out time for most of the hotels mentioned is 0800 hrs
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for the couple / group for mention Tour Itinerary Sightseeing only.
• Apart for Sightseeing like outside Dinner / Add on Sightseeing will be spot charged.
• Please note that our Executive will hold placard with your name just outside the only exit gate of the terminal.
• Hotel / Resort selection is on the basis of "SERVICES" provided.
• City tour, Jolly buoy/Red Skin, Baratang island is closed on Monday and on Government holidays. Ross Island is closed on Wednesday. Forest museum & Chatham saw mill are closed on Sunday.
• Though the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on an availability of hotels mentioned.
• In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of package will increase or decrease depends on the hotels and the room category selected by you.
• There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern.
