AS PER GOVERMENT POLICY

• In keeping with government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry an original photo identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity card e.g. driving license, passport, voter’s ID card, and Aadhar Card. In the absence of the above hotel will decline to check in the guest.
• Check-in Time: 12:00 Noon & Check-out Time: 10:30 Hrs.
• · Standard Check-in and Check-out time shall apply to all the guests.
• · Early Check-in (before 0600 Hrs.) & Late Check-out (after 1600 Hrs.) would be accommodated as per the availability of Rooms and will be charged 100% of the rate applicable.
• · All arrivals before 06:00 Hrs. would require booking from the previous date.
• · Pick-up & Drop facility shall be made available on request and on a chargeable basis.
• · Advance payment received against booking will be non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
• · Damage of property or hotel linens will be charged to the respective guest as per the cost of particular Items.
• · Outside food is strictly prohibited / not allowed and apart from hotel guests Visitors are not allowed in the guest room
• · Booking with Food & Beverage Packages will be served in Farm Fresh Pure Veg Restaurant only.
• · The Byke Suraj Club is a fully vegetarian property and Alcohol is prohibited on Hotel premises.
• · Unmarried couples are not allowed without a valid reason marriage certificate or engagement / written letter.
• · Your Guests are requested to please carry a valid photo ID proof issued by Govt. of India i.e. Driving License / Passport / UID / Voter ID for security measures.
• · All reservations are to be guaranteed by the Company.
• · Upon receiving your request for the room booking, we shall send you a confirmation mail mentioning the confirmation/reservation number, after which the booking shall be considered confirmed.
• · Requests for room bookings to be sent by mail from the official company mail address only, failing which the rates as mentioned earlier shall not be applicable.
• · Any confirmed booking amendments/cancellations to be intimidated at least 72 Hrs. in advance from the Date of Arrival failing which ONE Room Night retention charges shall be applicable.
