Annapurna Mesokanto Pass trekking is also known as Mesokanto la pass trek. We start this trek with a 7-hour scenic and serene drive from Kathmandu to the green lush forests of Besisahar. This teahouse and camping trek gives you an opportunity to come face to face with the world's highest lake at an elevation of 4949m. With one of the demanding trekking trails in Annapurna region, the Mesokanto La Pass trekking is also an excellent choice for those who are interested in understanding the diverse culture and tradition of the Gurung people.

Along the route, we confront the alluring Marsayangdi River and gorge through the remote and beautiful district, Manang. We also come across the northern flank of Annapurna at the majestic Thorong-La. The route then passes through the Last Village of Manang, Khanshar Village. The most challenging and demanding pass in the entire trek is the "Meso Kanta Pass" of the Annapurna area to Jomsom. After we get to Jomsom, we fly to Pokhara or we either continue our trek through Lower mustang onto Kali Gandaki valley and then to Beni and finally, we get to Pokhara.Sightseeing or any extra activities except the above program

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu (1350m).

  Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be greet by one of our trek leaders and transfer to hotel. Rest of the time will be on your own. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 2 : Trekking Preparation Day or Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley

  After breakfast, rest, shopping and packing or the day can be spent by doing some sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley. Upon your request we can organize a guided tour to major places of Kathmandu including Pasupatinath temple, Buddhanth Stupa, shoyambunath temple, Kathmandu durbar square, or Bhaktapur and Patan durbar square. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 3 : Drive to Besisahar (760m), 7 Hours

  After an early breakfast hotel, you will be transferred to New Bus Park from where we are having a scenic 7 hour a local bus ride to Besisahar. Upon reaching Besisahar we choose one good guest house for our overnight rest. Sleep night at a comfortable bed.
• Day 4 : Trek from Besisahar to Baundada (1310m), 6 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 5 : Trek from Bahundada to Jagat (1430m), 5-6 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 6 : Trek from Jagat (1430m) to Tal (1920m), 5-6 Hours Walking.

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 7 : Trek from Tal to Dharapani(1820m), 6 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 8 : Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2630m), 6 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 9 : Trek from Chame (2630m ) to Pisang (3200m), 6 Hours Walking.

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 10 : Trek from Pisang (3200m) to Manang (3500m), 5 to 6 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 11 : Acclimatization Day At Manang, Explore Surroundings

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 12 : Trek from Manang to Khangsar Khadka (3734m), 6 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 13 : Trek from Khangsar Khaddka to Tilicho Base Camp (4300m), 5 Hours Walking

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 14 : Exploring the Tilicho Lake Area

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 15 : Trek from Tilicho Lake to Mejo Khandala

  Overnight at tented camp.
• Day 16 : Mejo Khandala to Kaisang.

  Overnight at tented camp.
• Day 17 : Kaisang to Jomsom

  Overnight at guest house.
• Day 18 : Jomsom to Pokhara By Flight, Short Sightseeing in Pokhara Valley

  Overnight at hotel.
• Day 19 : Pokhara Back to Kathmandu By Flight/tourist Bus.

  Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
• Day 20 : Rest and Relax Day, Evening Join the Farewell Dinner At a Typical Nepali Restaurant with Live Cultur

  Overnight at hotel.
• Day 21 : Departure

  Transfer to airport and fly back to home.
