Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Yerevan

  Arrival in Zvartnots airport, transfer, accommodation in Capital hotel . Echmiadzin mother Cathedral (the first Christian church in the world built in the 3rd c. Hripsime church (7th c. impressive church, the first
  cupola-dome Church in the world built in the place where virgin
  Gayane was killed and under the church is her tomb). Gayane church ( a cosy small 7th c. church - 5 minutes walk from Mother Cathedral) and Zvartnots temple and museum Breakfast in the hotel / Dinner in a traditional Armenian restaurant. Overnight in Yerevan.
• Day 2 : Garny temple

  The only pagan temple in Armenia from the 3rd c. BC - Garny canyon, easy hiking to a natural wonder -Geghard monastery (the only cave-curved impressive monastery in Armenia from the 13th c.) Overnight in Yerevan.
• Day 3 : Yerevan - Khor Virap

  the place where Grigor the Illuminator was imprisoned 13 years without eating and drinking and due to his survival Armenia adopted Christianity as a powerful religion and from here opens the wonderful view of mt. Ararat) - Areni village and vinery (here you’ll taste various Armenian wines with local home-made national bread lavash, dry fruits and cheese, watch an introduction film about wine-making in Armenia and have a tour inside vinery) -Noravank (one of the most impressive and unique church-complexes in Armenia from the 13th c. surrounded with impressive rocks and cliffs and marvelous canyon)-Easy but very impressive trekking in -Tatev monastery (one of the most impressive biggest church complexes of Armenia from the 9th c.) and the longest rope-way in the world (included in the Gunnies records book) getting to this monastery - Overnight in Sisian
• Day 4 : Karahunch observatory

  (the oldest observatory in the world, approximately 3000 older than Stone Hench)-Shaki waterfall (the biggest waterfall in Armenia)-Selim caravansary (the oldest and the only survived caravansary in Armenia)-Lake Sevan (the biggest sweet water lake in the Trans Caucasus and the biggest lake in Armenia)-Overnight in Sevan.
• Day 5 : Sevan peninsula- Dilijan - Goshavank – Haghartsin Monastery

  (it’s the only well-preserved complex in Armenia and the only one which is totally renovated by the sum of Arab shaix just because he was amazed visiting this sight. This omplex is from 11th c.)Haghpat - Odzun very impressive monastery from the 7th c. and short hiking to a very impressive and unique ruin of Kobayr monastery hidden in the forest located on the edge of a huge canyon) Akhtala - Sadakhlo - Tbilisi

• Day 6 : Tbilisi (introduction tour) - Mtskheta historical centre

  Jvari and Mother Cathedral St. Svetotsxaveli) ) (I’d like to add which is an ancient architectural bridge in Tbilisi and the best place for national souvenirs )Metekhi church, Sion, Sinagogue, Narikali fortress, dome sculpture baths (but you can’t enter inside if you aren’t interested in swimming and if you’re interested in that case the price will start from 30 lari for a person)– Tbilisi (Breakfast in the hotel /Dinner in a national restaurant)Overnight in Tbilisi.
• Day 7 : Ureki sea resort

  Overnight in Ureki.
• Day 8 : Batumi

  ( city tour, singing and dancing fountains etc)-Gonio fortress from the first century, impressive waterfall in mountains. Overnight in Batumi
• Day 9 : Borjomi - Bakuryani tour with all its sights.

  Overnight in Bakuryani.
• Day 10 : Departure

  Transfer to Tbilisi and transfer to Tbilisi airport.
