Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Guwahati – Tezpur ( 180 Kms./ 04 Hrs.)

Welcome to Northeast India!

On arrival at Guwahati Airport, our tour representative will warmly greet you and transfer you to Tezpur. On the way, treat your eyes to some of the most beautiful landscapes. Upon reaching, complete the check-in formalities. After freshening up, head out to visit Agnigarh, Chitralekha Udyan, and Mahabhairav Temple.

Post tour, return to your hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight sleep.

Day 2 : Tezpur - Itanagar (160 Kms/ 05 hrs approx)

Arise to beautiful weather and enjoy your breakfast. Later, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. Delight in the mesmerizing views of clear skies, valleys, and local life. Once reached, check in the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Then, spend a comfortable overnight and enjoy a restful sleep at the hotel.

Day 3 : Itanagar – Ziro (140 Kms./4 Hrs.)

Start day 3 of your Arunachal Pradesh package tour with a hearty breakfast. Next, check out from the hotel and drive towards Ziro. Get a chance to visit the Nishi Tribal villages on the way. Nishi or Nyishi are the tribal people of eastern Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh and can be easily identified by their dressing style. The Nishi tribes are really fond of hunting and fishing.

On arrival at Ziro, check in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day as per your own liking. Later, slip under the blankets and enjoy a sound sleep.

Day 4 : Ziro

Post breakfast, proceed for a full day of exciting activities. First, start trekking to Dzukou Valley, and by noon, visit the Apatani tribal villages. It will be a great opportunity to peek into their art, culture, and way of life. Renowned as superior cultivators, you can see the popular paddy cum fish culture. The old men usually have their hair in top knots and tattoos on their faces. Older Apatani women wear circular nose plugs and also have face tattoos. However, the younger Apatani generation has stopped this practice.

Afterwards, come back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Ziro – Daporijo ( 180 Kms./06 Hrs.)

On day 05 of your Arunachal Pradesh tour, have a fulfilling breakfast and check out from the hotel. Today, we will proceed to our next destination, Daporijo. It is a tiny beautiful town with suspension bridges over the Subansiri River. You can indulge in thrilling adventure activities like river rafting and angling if you wish.

Once reached, check-in the hotel and relax for a while. Enjoy the rest of the day doing leisure activities. Spend a comfortable night at the hotel in Daporijo.

Day 6 : Daporijo – Aalo (165 Kms./05 Hrs.)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Aalo. Also called Along, this is a charming town situated along the Siang river and will treat you with picturesque landscapes. The pleasant weather, hills all around, and beautiful orange orchards make Aalo a popular place to visit on a tour to Arunachal Pradesh.

On arrival, check in your stay and relax. To make the most of your time in Aalo, you can head out and enjoy nature walks or explore the famous attractions in Aalo like Bagra Village, Donyi Polo Temple, Ramakrishna Mission Campus, and Patum Bridge. Day 7 : Along – Mechuka (180 Kms./6 Hrs.)

Begin day 07 of your Arunachal tour package with a healthy breakfast and later, check out to proceed towards Mechuka. It is a mesmerizing valley in the Himalayan foothills where the river Yar Gapchu aka Siyom, flows. Upon reaching, check in your homestay and retire for the day.

Day 9 : Mechuka – Pasighat (300 Kms./8 Hrs.)

Wake up and savor a delicious breakfast. Later, check out from the homestay and drive to Pasighat. Located nearly 145 km from Aalo, Pasighat is the land of two popular tribes Passi and Minnyiong. It is situated along the banks of river Siang and is known for its mighty Siang and indigenous hanging bridges.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day as per your own liking. Later, slide under the blanket for a comfortable sleep.

Day 10 : Pasighat – Dibrugarh ( 150 Kms./5 Hrs.)

Start day 10 of your Arunachal package with a fulfilling breakfast, check out and leave for Dibrugarh. Then, cross the mighty Brahmaputra by ferry. Once reached, check in to the hotel and rest. The afternoon is free for shopping. Visit Naliapol Bazar, New Market, and Chowkidinghee Bazar and buy souvenirs. Chowkidinghee Bazar has restaurants and fast food corners if you get hungry while shopping.
