We require at least 10 working days for processing the documents (ILP office remains closed on Saturday & Sunday).

Child Policy: :
• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (CNB = Child no Bed)
• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR)

About Vehicle :
• We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
• A/c Indica / WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax. Please note Ac will not operate in high hill area.
• A/c Sumo / Max for 4-6 pax. Please note Ac will not operate in high hill area.
• Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
• Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
• If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availibility.

Important :
• Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
• The tourism infrastructure in Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal are not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
• The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
• As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
• We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
• On arrival of guests we will provide them with local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
• If any tourist spot do not complete for closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
• Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
• Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium & Luxury Packages)
• Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear it with candle light.
• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to deluxe /super deluxe rooms.
• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.

Transfers :
• Transfer from Guwahati Airport / Guwahati Railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.
• In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Guwahati at an additional cost.
• If there is any early / midnight arrival at Guwahati railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their security that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
• Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours atleast.

Essentials :
Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Arunachal & Meghalaya as this area is cold through out the year.Air Fare / Train fare.
Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, Porterage etc.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Guwahati Airport / Rly Station - Hotel

Meet and greet on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Hotel. On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 2 : Guwahati - Tezpur / Bhalukpong (190 kms / 5 hrs)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Tezpur / Bhalukpong. On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Tezpur / Bhalukpong.
Day 3 : Tezpur / Bhalukpong - Bomdila (160 kms / 5 hrs)

Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel. And transfer to Bomdila (8,200 ft.). Check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Bomdila.
Day 4 : Bomdila - Tawang (185 kms / 7 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Tawang (11,500 ft.). Enroute visit Sela Pass (13,700 ft.) & Jaswant Garh. On arrival check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 5 : Tawang Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Tawang Monstery, Namgye Lhaste, Pankang Teng Tso Lake (PT Tso Lake), Gorsham Chorten, Gontse Garden, Singar Ani Gompa. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 6 : Excursion To Madhuri Lake

After breakfast full day excursion trip to Madhuri Lake. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 7 : Tawang - Dirang (145 kms / 5 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Dirang (4,910 ft.). On arrival check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Dirang.
Day 8 : Dirang - Nameri (165 kms / 6 hrs)

After Breakfast transfer to Nameri. Check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Nameri.
Day 9 : Nameri - Guwahati (225 kms / 8 hrs)

After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. Enroute visit 'Kalakshetra', a place where Assamese history and culture is presented through Light and sound show. Check in at your hotel on arrival. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
