Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Guwahati

  Pick up from Guwahati Airport/Railway station, on arrival check into the hotel. Evening at leisure, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Themes : Mountaineering

• Day 2 : Guwahati – Jorhat

  Post breakfast, drive to Jorhat, on arrival check into the hotel. Evening at leisure or you can explore the local market on your own. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Themes : Forts and Palaces

• Day 3 : Jorhat - Sivasagar – Jorhat

  Post breakfast, drive to Sivasagar visit - remains of Ahom Kingdom, Tai Ahom Museum, Gymkhana club in Jorhat. In the evening back to hotel, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Jorhat – Majuli – Kaziranga National Park

  Post breakfast, drive to Kaziranga via Majuli. Drive to Nimati Ghat, from there take a ferry to Majuli, cross the mighty Brahmaputra to reach the historic island. Upon arrival, pay a visit to Satras, later, drive to Kaziranga. On arrival check into the resort, dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

• Day 5 : In Kaziranga National Park

  Early morning leave for Elephant Safari into the forest. Our team member will take you to the elephant riding point by jeeps. Elephant Safari is the best way to observe the Wildlife as they are not afraid of Elephats. Later, get back to resort, have breakfast and leave for a Jeep Safari in the national park for wildlife viewing in the central zone. Later, get back to resort to have your lunch. Post lunch, leave for another Jeep Safari of the day to visit the Western zone of the national park. Get back to resort in the evening, dinner and overnight at the resort.

  • Themes : Jeep Safari, Elephant Safari

• Day 6 : Kaziranga National Park

  Post breakfast drive to the Central range of Kaziranga National Park by a Jeep. Later, get back to the resort for lunch. Post lunch leave for a birding trip to Burapahar range. In the evening back to resort, dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

  • Themes : Jeep Safari

• Day 7 : Kaziranga – Tezpur

  Post breakfast drive to Tezpur, on arrival, check into the hotel. Relax for a while and leave for local sightseeing of Tezpur, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Themes : Forts and Palaces

• Day 8 : Tezpur – Guwahati

  Post breakfast, drive to Guwahati, on arrival check into the hotel. In the afternoon leave for local sightseeing, visit the famous Kamakhya Devi temple. Later, go on a river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra river to catch a glimpse of amazing sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 9 : Guwahati Departure

  Post breakfast transfer to Airports/Railway station with happy memories of the trip.
