Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Arrive Delhi and meet the representative at the arrival hall and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : Delhi

  Morning sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial at the site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, Jama Mosque - the largest Mosque in India and the Red Fort - Once the most opulent fort and palace of the Mughal Empire. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of New Delhi visiting the Humayun's Tomb, the Qutab Minar, drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House and President's Residence and end the tour with a drive through Diplomatic Enclave. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Delhi - Guwahati (By Flight) - Adabari Tea Estate

  Today early morning transfer to the airport to board the flight for Guwahati. Upon arrival, drive to Addabarie Tea Estate (approx. 220kms / 05 hours).
  Upon arrival check-in at the bungalow and relax amidst the comforts of your room. Late afternoon, we will have a walk along with its tea gardens, which are spread like a green carpet. Overnight at the bungalow.
• Day 4 : Adabari Tea Estate

  Today after breakfast, we will go to visit the Addabarie Tea Factory to know the whole process of tea making. Here, you will get a chance to see the full process of manufacturing like crushing, tearing and curling of tea.
  Later, return to the bungalow, where we will provide you lunch amid the tea plantation with a great zest. Having lunch in the tea plantation will give you a different experience. After lunch we will visit Rangapara Monastery and here we will try for the tantric meditation. In the evening return to the bungalow for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 5 : Adabari Tea Estate

  Today after breakfast, we will have an excursion to the Balipara - traditional Missing village. Here, we will participate in the day life of Missing community. The community is the second largest ethnic group in Assam originating their footprint from Tibet and Mongolia. The Missing settled here during the 8th century. The women of the village are renowned for their inheritor exquisite handlooms of cotton and silk, especially the Mirizen shawls and blankets, whereas the male members of the family are indulge in fishing and cultivation.
  During our visit to the village, we will experience their cultural and day to day life activities like agricultural practices, fish in the river, rearing silk worms, visit the dairy farm, etc. Later, we will visit the local handicrafts and try hands at weaving on a handloom.
  After that, enjoy a delicious ethnic lunch at the village. In the evening return to the bungalow for dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 6 : Addabarie Tea Estate - Nameri National Park - Adabari Tea Estate

  Today early morning, we will go for a fascinating river rafting on Jia Bhoroli River. For the same we will drive 13kms from the lodge towards the river upstream, from where we will enjoy the downstream rafting on the inflatable raft. Here we will have a chance to see a lot of migratory waterfowl and if you are lucky then you can even spot the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Elephant on the banks of the river from the boat. This stretch of rafting will takes around three hours.
  After the river rafting return to the Nameri forest camp site for lunch. After lunch we will go on a nature trail along the reserve. Here we will be accompanied with a knowledgeable forest guides and armed forest guards. The forest treks are the best way to explore the Nameri National Park as it allows you to get very close to the wildlife life. Here once can spot the rare species of white-winged wood ducks and the great hornbills. Evening return to the bungalow for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Addabarie Tea Estate - Kaziranga National Park - Adabari Tea Estate

  Today very early morning, we will go on an excursion to Kaziranga National Park (approx. 02hours). Kaziranga national park which is mainly famous for Indian one Horned Rhinoceros. Located on the banks of the mighty Brahmaputra River in the far North East of India, Assam, with covering an area of approximately 430-sq-kms, with its swamps and tall thickets of elephant grass, making Kaziranga National Park the ideal habitat for the Indian One-Horned Rhino.
  Upon arrival, we will go on elephant safari to the national park for wildlife viewing. Return back to Kaziranga National Park resort for breakfast. After breakfast, we will go on jeep safari to western range. Return to camp for lunch and later go on a jeep safari to the other part of national park. Evening drive back to bungalow for dinner and overnight.

• Day 8 : Adabari Tea Estate - Guwahati – Kolkata (By Flight)

  Morning after early breakfast, drive to Guwahati airport (approx. 220kms / 05 hours) to board the flight for Kolkata. Upon arrival, rest of the day is free to explore the city or for individual activities.
  
  Late night transfer to the airport for your departure flight for onward destination.
