Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : GUWAHATI AIRPORT/RLY STN -SHILLONG (130 KMS / 3hrs drive)

On arrival at Guwahati airport/Rly Stn & transfer to Shillong. En-route visit Umium Lake. Check-in to your hotel & rest of the day free at leisure. Night halt at Shillong.
Day 2 : SHILLONG SIGHTSEEIG

After breakfast take a half day city tour covering The city's own Ward's Lake is popular for short garden walks & boating. The Botanical Garden offers plethora of indigenous and exotic plants & rare collection of orchids. Butterfly Museum is a storehouse of finest and rarest species of butterflies and moths. Lady Hydari Park is a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with stretches of roses & exquisite flowers. The Mini zoo adjacent to the park has about 73 birds, 140 reptiles & mammals. One of the largest Golf courses in Asia is an 18 hole Golf Course is charted amidst a surging valley full of thick pine groves & rhododendron trees. Spend the evening in the splendid arena ! The State Museum is a display of the lifestyle and heritage of the people of Meghalaya. Shillong and its surrounding is dotted with splendid waterfalls cascading down deep valleys forming misty sparks as they break the silence of the surroundings. Elephant Falls is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks. Evening free at leisure or you can enjoy shopping by own. Night halt at Shillong.

Day 3 : SHILLONG - CHERAPUNJI -SHILOONG (60 KMs / 2 hrs-One way)

After breakfast excursion trip to Cherrapunji. By evening return back to Shillong. Evening free at leisure or you can enjoy shopping by own. Night halt at Shillong.
Day 4 : SHILLONG - KAZIRANGA (325 Kms / 7 hrs drive)

After Breakfast check out from hotel drive to Kaziranga. Check in hotel. Evening free at leisure. Night halt at Kaziranga.
Day 5 : KAZIRANGA

Early morning go for Elephant ride @ 5AM.Return for Breakfast Jeep safari in the Central Range. Night halt at Kaziranga.

Day 6 : KAZIRANGA - GUWAHATI (250 Kms / 5 hrs)

After Breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check in at Hotel. Later visit Sankardeva Kalakhetra. Night halt at Guwahati.
Day 7 : GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STATION DEPARTURE

This morning after breakfast Check out from hotel visit Kamakhya temple later transfer to Guwahati railway station /airport for your onward journey
