Day 1 : Arrival in Melbourne

On arrival in Melbourne, board your coach for transfer to your hotel. Check in to the hotel.
Enjoy your day at leisure. Your hotel will be centrally located, giving you flexibility to go shopping or explore the culinary delights of Melbourne. Overnight stay at Hotel in Melbourne.

After a sumptuous breakfast at hotel. Day is free for you to explore the city on own. View fine examples of Melbourne’s architectural splendour, including St. Paul’s Cathedral, Princess and Regent Theatres, or just laze around the Federation Square area!
Suggested day trip – full-day Great Ocean Road (Extra Cost). It is amongst world’s best routes and our top recommendation if you are visiting Melbourne. The route passes through beautiful towns of Lorne and Apollo Bay, and takes you to the amazing 12 Apostles.

Price of the package is calculated per passenger on twin-sharing basis.
- The taxes mentioned are taxes as applicable on December 1st, 2016. In the event of increase in the rate of taxation, the differential amount will be payable by the customer.
- A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures.
- Service tax charges will apply , as applicable.
- Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included.
- Porter fee at hotels, airports and seaports is not included in the package and has to be borne by the customer.
- Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
- Any other items not mentioned in the Inclusions list are not included in the cost of the package.
- Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. STARWAYY reserves the right to change prices at any time
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of similar category.
- Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.-
- Pricing of the package is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter it correctly at the time of booking. Furnishing wrong passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation stage: 36 days or more before departure.

30% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 36 days before departure

Cancellation stage: 21 to 35 days before departure.

50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 to 35 days before departure

Cancellation stage: 20 days or less before departure.

100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 20 days or less before departure

Australia Visa Details

Passport valid for minimum 6 months from the date of expiry of the desired visa.

Old Passports (if any).

Copies of IT papers of last 3 yrs.

Copies of last 03 months salary slip.

Copies of Last 6 months updated bank statements with bank telephone. Number for verification (bank balance should be minimum 3- 4 lakhs per person apart from the paying the tour cost).

Copies of Fixed deposits, share certificates / RBI Bonds / mutual funds / PPF account / NSC / KVP /Demat account / property papers ( to be put as a support incase the bank balance is not strong).

Covering letter on business letter head ( if dealing in business ).

Covering letter on plain paper if salaried accompanied with leave letter from company.

Copy of retirement letter/ pension proof if retired.

If passenger Director, company memorandum, if deals in business… Partnership deal required /business registration ( copy )

Marriage certificate if spouse name not mentioned on passport ( copy )

Wedding card for honeymoon passengers + NOC from girls parents on plain paper with photo identity proof of parents for verification.

School ID/ leave letter from school on letterhead with stamp. ( copy )

Visa forms to be filled & signed by passenger only.

4 photographs each (3.5 cm by 4.5cm, white background & matt finish, 70 – 80% facial image), without specs and avoid white clothing).

Filled up passenger data form by passenger

If Child/ adult traveling alone, NOC from parents/ spouse along with photo identity proof of parents/spouse for verification.

If visiting relatives in Australia need sponsorship letter along with the passport copy and visa copy of the sponsor. In case sponsor is paying for the trip then need their financial proofs also.
