Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Goldcoast

Arrive Brisbane Airport and Conxions SIC transfer to Gold Coast Hotel. Check-in (Early Check-in is Not Guaranteed) and Day Free. Overnight.
Day 2 : Goldcoast

Breakfast. Return SIC transfer to Dreamworld with Complimentary admission to Skypoint Observation Deck (No Transfers for Skypoint). Overnight at your Hotel.

Breakfast. Return SIC transfer to Seaworld OR Movieworld (Choice of 1 Theme Park - must be pre-booked). Overnight at your Hotel.

Breakfast. Check-out & SIC transfer to Brisbane Airport. Arrive Melbourne Tullamarine Airport within 2230hrs & SIC Transfer to Hotel. Check-in & Overnight.

Breakfast. Morning Half Day SIC Marvellous Melbourne City Sights (APT # K1 - Complimentary & NON-Refundable). This Tour ends by 1200hrs at Federation Square. Later take the Free Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle Bus from stop # 2, outside the St Paul's Cathedral (opposite the Federation Square) to Sports Precinct (stop # 3) or and walk across to Gate # 3 (between light towers 1 & 2) to Join the guided 1Hr Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) tour (operates between 1000-1500hrs on non-event dates) OR Walk across to Southgate Art & Leisure Precinct to Join 1Hr Melbourne Yarra River Cruise (Last departure time between 1500-1530hrs).

Other Terms & Conditions :The Travel Period is from 1st APRIL 2013 to 30th SEPTEMBER 2013 (Except Special Events / Block Out Dates).
Rates are NOT valid on Special Events Dates or Block-out Dates as advised below the pricing, wherein.
Surcharges and/or Minimum stay will apply.
Preferred Hotels with Rooming Configuration (4A / 3A+1C are Not allowed in 1 room).
Confirmed Flight Details (with dates & flight number) & Meal Request.
Any Supplement cost / Optional to be booked.
Child Pricing is applicable for those below 13years and sharing in room with 2 Adults.
Few Hotels have Min Child Age as Below 12yrs. Infants are those below 2yrs of age.
If the required Hotel is not available, then an Alternative will be suggested, which will result in a change of Pricing or Quote advised.
Rates can be changed without prior notice
R.O.E is taken as 1AUD = 56 INR, any changes in R.O.E is borne by the passenger

In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given.
Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel.
The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability).
We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client.
We book basic room in the hotel booked by us unless specified the room category.
Please note that the above tour might require physical activity whereby a lot of walking is needed at theme parks and other tours. The tour might also require long hours of tours and arrivals which can be very late or early in the morning. All clients are expected to take full medical check up with a doctors approval before taking the above holiday package. In case any client is facing any medical problem, it is highly advisable to consult the doctor before undertaking the above holiday. Also, Aarna Vacations takes no responsibility in case there is a medical illness during or after the tour because of any reason.
Special assistance are subject to approval based on request.
Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.
Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds.
Any kind of delays in flight such as fog or technical problem Is not the responsibility of Aarna Vacations and any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.
Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction at the Delhi court of law.
Over and above the cancellation policy as mentioned above. If there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise, hotels etc. the client will be responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some tickets that are 100 percent non refundable which is also to be taken care by the client.
We also understand that the client accepts the above terms and conditions before re-confirming the above holiday.
