Badrinath and Kedarnath - Do Dham Yatra Tour

Package Overview

In this package, you will visit Badrinath and Kedarnath, which are the two dhams among the Char dham. Every year, countless devotees visit these Hindu pilgrimage sites to get blessing from the deities. In addition to the two dhams, you will also visit other popular Hindu pilgrimage sites such as Haridwar, Guptakashi, Sonprayag ,Rudraprayag and Rishikesh.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Haridwar (230 Km / 6 to 7 hrs.)

  On arrival in Delhi, board a train to Haridwar. At the Haridwar railway station, our representative will drive you to the pre-booked hotel where you will check –in. In the evening, attend the famous sandhya Aarti at Har-ki-Pauri on the banks of holy Ganges. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
• Day 2 : Haridwar - Guptakashi (205 Km / 7 to 8 hrs.)

  After enjoying a delicious breakfast, check-out from the hotel and then drive to Guptakashi. Dine and rest for the night in the hotel.
• Day 3 : Guptakashi - Sonprayag - Kedarnath (30 Km + 20 Km trek)

  Start your journey towards Sonprayag, the base for 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can also hire a palanquin or a donkey for a comfortable trek. Indulge yourself in the mesmerizing scenery during the trek. You will get to see River Mandakini, a tributary of Ganges on the way. Reach Kedarnath doing loud chants of ‘Jai Bholenath’. Overnight stay at the government camp.
• Day 4 : Kedarnath - Sonprayag - Guptakashi (20 Km trek + 30 Km drive)

  Get up early in the morning to visit the Kedarnath temple. Reach the temple by 04:45AM to attend the ‘Abhishek’ along with other pilgrims. Get blessings from the deity and attend the prayer. Later, proceed towards Sonprayag from where our representative will drive you back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
• Day 5 : Guptakashi - Jyotirmath - Badrinath (190 Km / 7 to 8 hrs.)

  Post breakfast, travel to Badrinath via Jyotirmath. On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest for a while. Visit the famous Badrinath temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu in the evening. En-route visit the Taptkund and take bath in the warm spring water if you wish. Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.
• Day 6 : Badrinath - Jyotirmath - Birahi / Rudraprayag / Srinagar (165 Km / 5 to 6 hrs)

  In the morning, drive to Badrinath temple and then return back to the hotel for breakfast. Later, leave for a sight-seeing tour of the town. Visit the famous Mana village, Vyas Gufa (cave of sage vyas), Ganesh Gufa (Cave of Lord Ganesh) and Mata Murti temple located at the banks of river Alkananda which is dedicated to mata Murti. After the tour, drive to Rudraprayag and halt at Karnaprayag on the way which is the confluence spot of Rive Alkananda and Pindar. Resume your journey to the holy town and check-in at the hotel on arrival. Take rest at the hotel for the night.
• Day 7 : Birahi / Rudraprayag / Srinagar – Rishikesh - Haridwar (160 Km / 5 to 6 hrs)

  After having an early breakfast, drive to the spiritual city of Rishikesh which is located at the foothills of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival, go for sight-seeing the town known as the Yoga capital of the world. Visit the Ram Jhula, laxman jhula and all other tourist attraction places. In the evening drive to Haridwar for checking in a hotel for overnight stay.
• Day 8 : Haridwar - Delhi (230 Km / 6 to 7 hrs)

  After breakfast, pack all your things as the tour ends today. Drive towards the railway station for boarding a train to Delhi, from where you will continue your journey towards home.
