Badrinath Kedarnath Tour Package - Do Dham Yatra Package

Package Overview

Two of the most important pilgrimage spots for Hindus both Badrinath and Kedarnath witnesses a large congregation of devotees who visit these places in large numbers. It is with the intention of helping all such pilgrims that we have devised this particular package of ours which include a trip not only to the holy town of Badrinath and Kedarnath but also to Haridwar and Delhi (important temples only).

The entire package of ours consists of six days and is so planned that one gets to see all the important religious places of these cities. The entire plan is elaborately explained below.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi

  The tour opens with the devotees coming to Delhi. Our executives receive them at the railway station and airport and escort them to the hotel where their stay is arranged. The day they arrive at the hotel the guests are allowed to rest and get over their fatigue and exhaustion of the journey.
• Day 2 : Delhi - Haridwar

  The guests, after the breakfast, next day are taken to a trip of prominent temples of the city. This includes visit to such prominent temples of the city like Akshardham Temple, Birla Mandir, Chattarpur Temple, Gauri Shankar Temple, Hanuman Mandir, ISKCON Temple, Lotus Temple, Kalkaji Temple, Sheetla Devi Temple etc. The guests also get to attend the 'aarti' held at the major temples in the evening. The guests are then return to their hotels where they spend their night.
• Day 3 : Haridwar - Badrinath

  Early morning the next day party moves to Haridwar. They check in at the hotel where prior arrangement is made for them. After resting for a while the guests are taken on a trip to the prominent tamples of the region. This includes visiting such important venues like Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Maya Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, Sapta Rishi Ashram and Sapt Sarovar etc. TA trip to Har ki Pauri is also arranged for the guests where they get to witness the "Ganga Aarti". By night guests return to their hotels where they spend the night.

• Day 4 : Badrinath - Kedarnath

  Next day, post breakfast, the entourage moves towards Badrinath. The guests are driven to the hotel where they rest for a while. After that they are taken along to see some of the prominent attractions of the place which include visit to Badrinath Temple, Panch Dharas, Panch Shilas, Tapt Kund (a natural spring that is reputed to have medicinal properties), Narad Kund (it was here that Lord Badrinath's idol was found), Brahma Kapal (it is here that devotees perform propitiating rights for their ancestors), Shesh Netra (boulder of the mountain here which has the impression of serpent god Sheshnag), Charan Paduka ( a beautiful meadow whhch has the impresson's of Lord Vishnu's feet on a boulder), Mata Murty Temple (this temple is dedicated to the mother of Lord Badrinath) etc. Guests are also taken along to catch a glimpse of Neelkanth, a snow covered peak in Badrinath. The night is then spent in the comforts of the hotel.

• Day 5 : Kedarnath - Delhi

  Next day, after breakfast the tour progresses towards Kedarnath. After checking in at the hotel and resting for a while the guests are taken along to see some of the important destinations of the area. This includes a visit to Kedarnath Temple (Dedicated to Lord Shiva and believed to be 1000 years old), Shankaracharya Samadhi (lies just behind Kedarnath Temple), Chorbari (Gandhi Sarovar, located at a distance of about 1 km from Kedarnath the lake has a floating mass of ice that attracts the visitors), Trijuginarayan (as per popular legend this is the place where Lord Shiva and Parvati got married etc. The guests are also taken along to see the 'aarti' being performed at the temples. By evening the guests return to the hotel where they spend the night.

• Day 6 : Delhi

  Next day after breakfast the tour party returns makes its way back to Delhi. They are taken to the hotel where an arrangement is made for them. After refreshments the guests are escorted to the railway station and airport. The tour comes to an end.
