If circumstances force you to cancel the Booking, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and
the following cancellation charges will apply.
Prior to 31 days from date of departure - Non-Refundable booking amount 25% of the tour cost
Between 30 to 21 days from date of departure - 50% cancellation of the tour cost
Between 20 - 11 days from date of departure - 75% of the holiday cost
Between 10 days or below from date of departure - 100% of the holiday cost
Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour.
Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Baku

  Arrival in Baku (as per your flight timing).Customs will take about 01 Hour.Our Airport Representative will be waiting outside the Airport with Placard.After that directly transfer to hotel. Check in to the hotel. Free time to explore Baku by own. Overnight in the hotel

• Day 2 : Baku City Tour

  "Explore Baku attractions and best of the city with us in Half-Day City Sightseeing Tour. Get to know the unknown territories and explore historical heritage sites. Starting from the Upland Park, following through Old Town and finishing in Baku Downtown, you will discover the history of both ancient and modern buildings. You will hear lots of stories about the culture, people, music and food of Azerbaijan along the way. Your friendly tour guide will also give you tips on how to spend your days in Baku and which places you can visit later on. • Day 3 : Absheron Tour

  "Start heading to the ancient zoroastrian temple Ateshgah which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. It is located approximately 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb of Surakhany. During that period, you will learn a lot about the temple from your guide, particularly, more about unique natural phenomenon as burning natural gas outlets. The history of Atashgah goes back to the time of the Sassanids, when Zoroastrianism was the main religion in this region. After visiting the temple you will directly go to the Yanar Dag which is not far from Surakhani temple. It is the most famous and popular tourist site of the aeternal flamea in Azerbaijan. Actually, it is rather a hill than a mountain, with natural gas burning on its slope from ancient times. According to a legend, Yanar Dag flame was only noted when accidentally lit by a shepherd in the 1950s. Only a handful of fire mountains exist today in the world, and most are located in Azerbaijan.'

• Day 4 : Baku

  After Breakfast at the hotel we will transfer from Baku hotel to Gabala hotel.

• Day 5 : Qabala Tour

  Gabala is a city surrounded by Caucasus Mountains. We will go to Tufandag Summer-Winter Complex and take a cable car to enjoy the view of some high points of Greater Caucasus. Gabala is the region which is full of natural treasures protected by government. After Tufandag, guide will take the guests to Gabaland to enjoy attractions and game machines for leisure. Then, Gabala Shooting Club is an amazing place for the tourist, who wish to give a try to show-off or train their shooting stkills. Being tired after GSC, tourist will enjoy amazing nature of Gabala. At the end, weâll head to Nohur Lake in Gabala. Yeddi Gozal lake will let tourists feel relaxed after beautiful Nohur Lake.

• Day 6 : Departure

  Morning breakfast at the hotel and check out well in time to proceed to the airport and board the return flight.
