Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Denpasar – Seminyak,Kuta (CD) Arrive in Bali Airport .

  At 19.00 enjoy your Romantic Candle Light Dinner next to your private swimming pool

  • Meals & Drinks : Upon arrival, meet and transfer to your hotel for overnight

• Day 2 : Holy Spring Temple Tour (B,L)

  Leave hotel after breakfast for day of sightseeing. we will stop at Kesiman village for Barong and Keris dance performance then we will continue our visit traditional at Batuan village,Tegallalang for rice paddies before stop at Kintamani for lunch with superb breathtaking view of Mount Batur volcano . After lunch we will stop at Coffee plantation and then stop Holy spring temple of Tirta empul before return to hotel

• Day 3 : Uluwatu Temple Sunset with BBQ Seafood Dinner

  Leave from hotel in afternoon about 15.00 and then we drive to Padang – Padang Beach or Eat, Pray & Love Beach is a famous surf point in Bali with the great waves and white sandy stretch 100 meters from the north to the south. This surf point is situated the white stone hill with nature scenery to the Indian Ocean and spectacular sunset at late afternoon that creates the romantic nuance and then drive to Uluwatu to enjoy sunset of Bali from our holy Uluwatu temple located in southern part of Bali and last Jimbaran BBQ seafood dinner (include) before check in to your hotel in Tuban.

Disclaimer

• Rates mentioned are valid only for Indian nationals


• Hotels as mentioned or similar


• For customized holiday packages, the cost is calculated on the lowest class airfare. Airline seat confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and any increase in airfare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client


• Payment for land component (towards hotel, transfers and sightseeing in foreign country) will be taken as per Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the day of making full and final payments


• Service tax extra as applicable and is not included in the package price


• ROE subjects to change. The final amount for the tour would be subject to the current exchange rate at the time of the final payment


• Grant-of-visa is solely on the discretion of the country's Immigration Authority and Trip Over is not responsible for non-grant of visa to any traveller


• For customized packages mentioned online, Trip Over will not hold any confirmed hotel reservations for your travel as mentioned on the website. Hotels and prices are subject to availability at the time of booking


• Weekend or other surcharges are not part of the package cost. Same would be advised at the time of confirmation of travel dates


• Trip Over does not accept any responsibility for third party services or service providers like hotels or transport. In the event of failure to provide the promised travel arrangements, we will provide compensation up to the limit of the cost of such arrangements


• Trip Over shall not be held responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time before, during or after the holiday


• Trip Over reserves the right to change/ modify or terminate the offer/ package any time at its discretion without any prior notice

Important Notes

• Maximum of 3 people can stay in one room


• The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed


• The hotel may charge or block the card for deposit against any damages which at the time of check out is fully refunded to the guests


• Rates are valid for Indian passport holder only


• All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis


• The pricing is computed at current rate of interest, in case of any increase in rate of interest the difference will have to be paid


• The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a particular airline the in/out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged


• Trip Over will not bear any cancellation charges of domestic air travel, domestic hotel and any other services booked by customer


• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers


• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.


• The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or any other services


• There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour


• Porter fees at hotels, airports and seaports is not included


• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard


• Check-in at hotels is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM


• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the clients' expense should the case arise


• Trip Over will not bear any cancellation charges of domestic air travel, domestic hotel and any other services booked by customer


• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rooms are subject the availability at the time of booking.


• Rates can change without any prior information.


• Cash Deposit in our bank accounts is not allowed.


• Initial payment for booking the tour package is of INR 5000 per person, which includes the initial booking fees for all the services provided by us, and our service charges. Other than this, you will need to pay the Service tax amount on the full package, as we need to pay the service tax to the Govt., once the invoice is raised. Both Initial booking amount, and service tax amount are non-refundable, in case of cancellation.


• Remaining payment, for the tour package, must be received at-least 20 days before the departure date. In case of delay in the payment, the late payment fees of INR 2000 per person will be applied.


• After the payment, we will need the reference number for payment done, and we will need clear and clean, passport scans with all the details (front & back side), for both the passengers, at the time of booking. As we can-not proceed with the booking, without these details.


• Honeymoon Freebies, depend on hotel selection. As they are provided from Hotel’s side, so we cannot give 100 % confirmation from our side.


• No separate hotel vouchers are provided from our side, as our bookings are made offline only, through our local office in Bali. Although hotel booking can be re-confirmed with the hotel from client side directly.


• Package vouchers will be provided from 04 – 07 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

•  In case of cancellation 30 days before departure date, Initial booking amount i.e. INR 5000 per person & Service tax amount for the full package, will be charged, as both are non-refundable.


• In case of cancellation between 16 – 30 days before departure, 25 % of the package amount or INR 10000 per person & Service tax amount, whichever is higher, will be charged as cancellation amount.


• In case of cancellation is done within 15 days of the departure date, minimum 50 % of the package amount & Service tax amount for full package, will be charged as cancellation amount.


• Refund Policy:


• In case of cancellation of the tour package, the remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation charges, will be processed in the account of client, within 72 hours (03 working days), of the cancellation.


• In case the payment done through payment gateway, the payment gateway charges will also be non-refundable, other than cancellation, and Service tax amount. The payment will be processed from our account within 02 working days.

NOTES:

• Itinerary mentioned above is tentative, so depending on the hotel you choose, it might change. But inclusions will remain the same.


• Check in time in most of the hotels in Bali is 1400 hrs (02:00 pm) & Check out time is 1200 hrs (12:00 pm).


• We do strongly recommend providing TIPS on daily basis to tour guides & Drivers, as a goodwill gesture, to them. You can tip hem between USD 02 – 04 per person per day. But tipping is not compulsory.


• Please include all the places you want to visit from India only, as it will cost you more if you will select any tour after arrival in Bali.


• Any modification in the tours, after reaching the destination, by your side, will be your responsibility only, as TRIP OVER, does not hold any responsibility for the same.


• Once finalized, then any modification, in the tour will incur charges


• In case of any changes by the Airlines like timing, or schedule changes, we at TRIP OVER  cannot be held liable for any loses, caused due to those changes.


• Flight Cancellation and refund policy is strictly as per the Airline rules. We have not control over that.


• In case of any emergency, if you need to claim the insurance amount, than you will need to claim the Insurance from the concerned Insurance company.


• Package mentioned below, is on PRIVATE VEHICLE, so you can modify the package, after the discussion with our sales representative.
