  Arrival at Bangalore airport / railway station and transferred to Coorg. Check in at hotel and Proceed for local sight seeing, Kodagu - Coorg A tiny district perched at a height of 4000 ft, Kodagu stood isolated from the rest of the land till recently when its immense tourist potential was discovered. With its dense green rainforests, pepper, cardamom, and coffee estates sprawled over misty mountains and valleys, the place is definitely the dream of any nature lover or honeymooning couple.   Coorg (kodagu) was an independent state which provided the British many soldiers in the 19th and 20th centuries. Its evergreen landscape in the middle of the Western Ghats is India's main coffee growing region today. Pepper and cardamom, areca palms are only the most important of the wide range of tropical plantation products in this agriculturally extremely affluent area. In the capital, we visit the Fort Madikerei and Omkarehwara temple. but mostly we enjoy the natural beauty Coorgs, such as the Abbey Falls and of course its lush plantations.
