Day 1 : Welcome to Mauritius.....!

Upon your arrival at Mauritius, meet our tour representative who assists you in smooth transfer at the hotel. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at hotel Mauritius which is a major tourist destination, ranking 3rd in the region and 56th globally. Mauritius received the World's Leading Island Destination award for the third time and World's Best Beach at the World Travel Awards in January 2012.

Day 2 : Ile Aux Cerfs ( East Tour)

Post breakfast in the morning; depart in a coach for a full-day excursion to Ile Aux Cerfs, which is an emerald lagoon on the East Coast. From the Jetty, you’ll be taken on a speedboat to reach the island. Once you will reach Ile Aux Cerf’s, the rest of the day is free to indulge in beach and water sports activities. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy a fabulous dinner, before you retire for a comfortable night.

Day 3 : North Tour

North Side is quite popular in the Indian market. Main reasons being it's quite close to the city. It takes min 10 mins to the maximum of 20 minutes drive by taxi. Grand Baie is famous for shopping, discotheques, and Pubs. Quite close to Grand Baie is Trou Aux Beach where there is a casino. North Island tour: Visit Port Louis the capital of Mauritius and Indira Gandhi Caudan Waterfront: Famous for its shopping for handicrafts

Day 4 : South Tour

South Side can be suggested for those individuals who would like to relax, enjoy nature, enjoy the ambience of the hotel. South has good beaches and mountains. South is quite far from city hence visiting the city take more an one hour by taxi. South Island tour: Visit the town of Curepipe Visit Trou aux Cerfs Visit sacred lake of Grand Bassin (Ganga Taloa), where you will come across the biggest natural reservoir of the island and the Black River Gorges National Park viewpoint. Visit Chamarel waterfall: The highest waterfall in Mauritius at 100 metres 7-coloured earth: The ‘Seven Coloured Earth’, made up of sand dunes of different distinct colours including reds, browns and purples will impress more than one. This phenomenon is due to the cooling, at different temperatures, of volcanic rocks which resulted in dunes of different colours.

Other Terms & Conditions :

All Cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

If cancelled 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

If cancelled 30 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

If cancelled 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

No shows(Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee.

Cancellation may change according to hotel cancellation policy.

Visa fees are nonrefundable once the visa has been applied.

Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not.

For Flights/Trains/Buses, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively.

Above rates are subject to availability, 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; while doing flight ticket if price varries, then the same shall be borne by the traveler or any alternate option will be advised, if available.

Date of travel change, or any other change requested by traveler after confirmed booking, depends on availability, and if any price change happens to be borne by traveler only.

In case we are not able to provide same hotels as are mentioned, then we shall provide the similar alternate properties, change in the price if any will be advised and to be borne by traveler.

The package price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, camera fees, etc. Any meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

In the event of circumstances/situations such as road blockage due to strike /agitation, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/flight etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather pattern journey time can vary enormously at all time of year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred due to these reason has to be borne by the Traveler only.

Daily Timings for sightseeing and the day of different tours(ex: north tour may held on 2nd day or on 3rd day)will be guided to you by our local guide and same will be mentioned in your welcome kit.For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing any delay by passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable / neither ne postponed.

Checkin and checkout times at hotels would be as per the hotel policies, early check inlate check out depends on hotel, and we can only request for the same, Facilities and Amenities in hotels depends on hotel policy for which hotel may charge.

As per hotel norms, traveler may be required to submit Credit Card/Cash for security deposit at the time of checkin. The same shall be refunded by hotel at the time of checkout. Amount may be forfeited in case of damage to hotel property.

Loco Aventura Travel is not liable for the care of personal belongings of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility.

It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid Id's durings there tour. (Return Flight Tickets, Passports, Hotel Vouchers, Visa , Timely Itinerary and other vouchers and tickets)

In case of noncompliance of payment terms, Loco Aventura Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Loco Aventura Travel will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible.

The itinerary provided is tentative and the final itinerary would be shared on arrival at the destination.

Any local taxes, cess, gratuities have to be borne by the traveler at the hotel/cruise counters

Passport of all travelers need to have 6 month validity from the date of departure.

Loco Aventura Travel will not be liable for any Visa rejections or delay in Visa, it completly depends on embassy and the cancellation charges will be applicable as written in T&C.

In the event of change in Visa fee, the additional fee must be borne by the traveler.
