Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Airport - Colombo Beach

  Welcome on the arrival and then immediate transfer to beach hotel, arrive at hotel. Welcome upon arrival and quick check in to the rooms.
  
  Relax and in the afternoon you can visit a "Turtle Hatchery" in Kosgoda and do a "Boat Ride " in Madu Ganga" (depends on the arrival time), return to Hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Bentota - Galle - Bentota

  After breakfast proceed to Galle, to visit Galle and "Old Dutch For" and the other places of interest such as fishing port, Galle City and "Moonstone Mine" etc.
  
  Arrive in Galle, visit the famous "Dutch Port" where you can see many remains of the colonial period. This old city situated in the down south of the island is declared as a "world heritage site " and Galle Fort was one of the important strategic points in the ancient period and gave maximum security from enemies and today it gives protection from natural disasters. Apart of the Dutch architectural structures adopted during the colonial period "Galle Fort" has a lots of charm. Among the other constructions, the protestant church with the cemetery within the same premises, Anglican church, clock tower, old doc with the emblem of the Dutch company (VOC), and the old hotels are some of the good attractions found in the fort.
  
  Whilst your promenade on the rampart you can see ancient bastions and enjoy the scenic beauty of the environment. Today there are no enemy ships coming but for a visitor this ancient fort is an ideal place to relax in the evening. The monuments and remains found scattered all over the site still silently talk about the heritage of the good old days.

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast

• Day 3 : Bentota - Colombo

  Breakfast in the hotel thereafter leave for Colombo and do a sightseeing and shopping tour in the cosmopolitan capital of the island.
  
  Arrive in Colombo and visit the island's commercial capital which gives shelters for its one million population and where you can see the juxtaposition of the past and the present. Ancient heritage during the colonial period is very significant here and British left some strong landmarks in Colombo, "Galle Face Hotel", Town Hall", "former parliamentary complex" "Clock Tower" etc..are considered some of the best constructions. "Galle Face green" is one of the ideal creations where they enjoyed leisure time playing with dogs, and chatting with colleagues. This place is still patronized by thousands of locals in the evening such as visitors, mangers lovers etc.
  
  Drive through Colombo to see its important zones such as Fort, Petta, Cinnamon Garden, Main Street, Buddhist Temple, Hindu Temple and finally you can stop at some shopping centers to purchase souvenirs.
  
  There are many places for shopping such as "Odel", "House of Fashion", ":Arena ", "Bear foot", "Lakmadura", "Bazaar," "Mlesna Tea", Ceramic Show Room" etc.
  
  Arrive at hotel for overnight stay.

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast

• Day 4 : Colombo - Airport

  Breakfast in the hotel thereafter leave for Airport to take the connecting flight on time for the departure. Horizon Voyages will assist you to do the formalities at the Airport.
