Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Fly to Baku

Arrival to Baku. Meeting at the international airport and escort local guide to the hotel, including co-sightseeing tour of the city. Guided Tour will be along the central streets, green parks and the main attractions of the city by bus. Leisure time and overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : Baku

After Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for the tour – The Absheron peninsula – This day tour is presented on the Absheron Peninsula, as well as the Temple of Fire Worshippers Ateshgyah, Yanardag. Tour to the Old City of Baku (IcheriSheher) – The largest capital in the Transcaucasian region. Sightseeing tour of the town includes Shamakhy Gates, caravanserai, Maiden’s Tower, Palace of the Shirvan Shahs, Mosques, Carpet store. Walking in the streets of city center(“Torgovaya street”). Return to the hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Baku

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, excursion to Gobustan – Located west of the settlement of Gobustan, about 40 miles (64 km) southwest of the centre of Baku on the west bank of the Caspian Sea. In 2007 Gobustan was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site considered to be of “outstanding universal value” for the quality and density of its rock. Photo Stop Excursion to the Museum of Heydar Aliyev Center, Baku Ferris Wheel, also known as the Baku Eye: The wheel is 60 meters (200 ft) high and has 30 cabins, each is holding eight people. It makes a complete turn in 30 to 40 minutes. Return to the hotel and overnight at Hotel.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

The standard check in time at hotel at 14:00hrs or after and check out time on or before 11:00hrs but again depending on the hotel policy
No refund for unused service
The program there could be change due to local conditions and availability.
No refunds for tour or program in the events of Natural Calamity or Disaster, Poor Weather Conditions, Civil, Disturbance, Suspension of Services related to Airlines, Transportation, and Accommodation, Etc., Government Orders or circumstances beyond company’s control.

All the tour vehicle will based on itinerary and fixed tour only and same is not at disposal for you to use entire day.
All Disputes shall strictly be subject to jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts Only.
Entire advance shall be forfeited if the party cancels the tour, or fail to check in, on arrival date.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to life or property of the customers during the transit or while staying in Hotel.
We act as agent of the hotels concerned / Transport Company and have not any liability as the principal.
We shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience with hotel reservation or transport arrangement if change in itinerary suddenly

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to check-in time will lead to a 75% Refund
Any cancellation made 19-15 days prior to check-in time will lead to a 50% Refund
Any cancellation made 14-10 days prior to check-in time will lead to a 25% Refund.
Any cancellation made less than 10 days before check-in time is Non-Refundable.
However Cancellation subject to change as per the Airline, hotel or tour vendor policy.
