Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin Arrival

  After arrival you will be escorted by our Pretty Planet Travels representative and taken to your hotel in Cochin from the railway station or Cochin airport.

• Day 2 : Cochin - Munnar (135 Km / 4hr)

  After breakfast travel to Munnar, where picturesque towns, holiday and trekking facilities, sprawling tea plantations and winding lanes can combine to make up for a unique holiday. Attukal waterfall, Cheyyappara waterfalls, Adimali, Pallivasal and Viewpoint can be visited on the way. Check in the hotel after reaching Munnar and relax. Overnight stay at Munnar.

• Day 3 : Munnar local sight seeing

  Munnar includes various sightseeing options and after breakfast you can head towards Photo Point, Mattupetty directions and Mattupetty Dam. Tourists can also enjoy natural eco phenomena at Echo Point. Shooting Point and Kundale Lake are some of the other attractions. After having lunch, a visit to Pothenmedu View Point, tea museum and Blossom Park can be made. Come back to hotel in the evening to rest and relax. Stay in Munnar overnight.
• Day 4 : Munnar - Thekkady

  Enjoy a morning ride covering 110 km to reach Thekkady from Munnar. On the way, visit the famous Vandanmedu, Anakara, Pooppara and Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Check into a hotel in Thekkady and indulge in different optional activities, which include ::

  Come back to hotel in the evening for overnight stay at Thekkady.

• Day 5 : Thekkady - Alleppey / Kumarakom Resort / Houseboat

  Pleasant journey from Thekkady to Kumarakom initiates after breakfast. You can check into the hotel on arrival at Alleppey/Kumarakom and relax for a while. After which you can indulge in adventurous activities, like fishing, village walk and optional boating in narrow canals. Sightseeing accompanied by local activities covers temples, churches, snake boat, renowned resorts on river banks, bird sanctuaries, paddy fields and many more. You will be then transferred back to hotel for overnight stay.

  Thekkady - Alleppey / Kumarakom Houseboat stay
  or Post breakfast, houseboat cruise from Kumarakom /Alleppey begins, which takes you through inland waterways and breathtaking backwaters of Kumarakom/Alleppey. There you can enjoy an overnight stay on the houseboat. Afternoon marks your arrival at Kumarakom/Alleppey, where you would be greeted with non-alcoholic welcome drink.

• Day 6 : Kumarakom - Kochi (120 km/2 hrs)

  You will be transferred back to Cochin airport or railway station after breakfast.
