Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar arrival

  Arrival at Srinagar, check in at House boat with welcome drink –Kashmiri Kahwa tea and in the evening enjoy Shikara ride at Dal lake. O/N stay at Srinagar.

• Day 2 : Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast, head for Srinagar city sightseeing to theWorld Famous Mughal Gardens- Shalimar Bagh (Adobe of Love) built by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Nur Jahan in 1619 AD and Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) built by Asif Jahan in 1636 AD also visit Shankaracharya temple which commands one of the magnificent view of Srinagar.O/N stay at Srinagar

• Day 3 : Day excursion to Gulmarg.

  After early breakfast head towards Gulmarg a popular skiing destination of Kashmir. At Gulmarg , you can take a Gondola ride, which is Asia's highest and longest cable car project. After that, return to Srinagar and rest for the remaining days, as you have to leave for a long journey next day. O/N stay at Srinagar.

• Day 4 : Srinagar to Kargil (6-7 hours)

  Depart from Srinagar as per road opening timings.The drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg is another spectacular facet of countryside of Kashmir valley to reach Sonamarg also known as Meadow of Gold (2740 Mtrs). After Sonamarg start driving up to reach Zojila pass 3527 Mtrs (Gateway of Ladakh). Continue drive towards Drass (The second coldest inhibited place in the world), another couple of hours drive will take us to Kargil (2710 Mtrs). O/N stay at Kargil/Mulbekh.

• Day 5 : Kargil to Leh (6-7 hours)

  Morning after Breakfast leave for Leh, enroute visit Mulbekh, Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Lamayuru, one of the oldest Monastery of Ladakh and enjoy the view of Moon Landscape. Arrive Khaltse by lunch for Hot lunch, later leave for Leh , enroute witness beautiful Sham valley, Magnatic hill and Indus-Zanskar river confluence. Reach Leh by evening. O/N stay Leh.

• Day 6 : Half day rest in Leh 3500 meters / 11560 feet & Local Sightseeing

  Arrival in Leh, Relax for half day & post lunch visit Indian Army Hall of Fame, Leh palace- Palace of the erstwhile Royal King of Ladakh and Shanti Stupa which offers you a panoramic view of entire Leh town, Indus valley and lofty mountain of Zansker & Ladakh range (30 km) O/N stay at Leh.

• Day 7 : Leh to Nubra valley (4-5 hours)

  After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (One of the Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) Arrive at Hundar by afternoon. Lunch at Camp, rest of the day one is free to explore Deskit, Hundar Village and camel Safari in Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hunder Village (130 km). O/N stay at Diskit/Hunder - Nubra Valley.

• Day 8 : Nubra to Leh (4-5 hours)

  After Breakfast visit Diskit Monastery, where you can see the Giant Statue of Maitriya Buddha and have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass (130 km). O/N stay at Leh.

• Day 9 : Leh to Pangong Lake(5-6 hours)

  After early Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, which is the third highest motorable road in the world. Pangong, is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Upon arrival, visit the location of 3 Idiots also known as shooting point. Later on you can take a walk along the scenic turquoise colored Lake and enjoy its beauty (160 km).O/N stay at Spangmik.

• Day 10 : Pangong to Leh (6-7 hours)

  Return from Pangong Lake, enroute visit Thiksey monastery- an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, resembling Potala Palace of Tibet and Shey palace & Monastery - seat of ancient capital of Ladakh. Evening free for shopping and stroll around Leh Bazaar (170 km). O/N stay at Leh.

• Day 11 : Fly back from Leh.

  Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Your memorable tour ends here.
