Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Srinagar

  On your Arrival at the Srinagar International Airport; you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River. Arrive and check-in at the hotel.. In Evening Proceed for an hour of Shikara ride in the lake. Dinner and Overnight in hotel / houseboats as per the taste.
  

• Day 2 : Srinagar to Pahalgam (92 kilometers / 2 hrs drive)

  After breakfast, we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.
  

• Day 3 : Pahalgam/Gulmarg

  After breakfast explore Pahalgam visiting Aru and Chandanwari. Later drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts above sea level. The distance of 160 kms will be covered in about 4-1/2 kms. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. 0ne can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3hrs.. Overnight stay in Hotel at Gulmarg.
  

• Day 4 : Gulmarg - Srinagr+ Local sightseeing

  After breakfast drive back to Srinagar and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of Pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Emperor Jehangir in 1632 AD. And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet - weaving factory. Overnight stay in Hotel at Srinagar.

• Day 5 : Srinagar - Departure

  After your breakfast, we will assist you with transfers to Srinagar Airport. However, on your way, you can make a brief stopover for shopping.
