• Reservations may be made by email or phone through our online booking facility or through an agent.


• A Pro Forma Invoice will be sent out once guests have advised of their firm intention to make a reservation, their dates and the number of guests in the party.


• Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount due as per the Pro Forma Invoice within 72 hours after submission of the Pro Forma invoice. Banking details are reflected on the Pro Forma invoice.


• Final payment of the balance due must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival at Qhwigaba guest lodge.


• For last minute bookings made less than 72 hours prior to guest

Cancellation terms and Conditions:

• No cancellation penalties will be levied should the guest change the travel dates. Changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original travel dates.


• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation charge of all received payments.


• 7 to 20 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation charge


• 20 to 25days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charge


• More than 25 - 30 days prior to arrival: No cancellation penalty but will be subject to a 10% administration fee which will be deducted from


• the refundable amount already received.


• Check in time is 14h00 on day of arrival. Check out time is 10h00 on day of departure.
