Above rates are on per person on twin-sharing basis and valid for 02 persons traveling together. Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary are not included. The hotels and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. Rates may change in case of change in airfare, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes, entrance fees, visa charges, etc. Rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. A surcharge will be levied on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays). The Rate of Exchange shall be the prevailing rate on the date/day of booking. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Check-in is at 1500hrs & check-out at 1200hrs. Booking Policy: Within 10 days of the date of travel: 100% tour cost amount. Within 10-20 days of the date of travel : 75% of the tour cost amount. Within more than 20 days of the travel : Booking amount of INR 10,000 per person. Any tour or service that needs to be booked on 100% cancellation: 100% payment towards the component. The transfers will be on mini vans on shared basis. All sight seeings are based on SIC. A private transfer and sight seeing can be added at an additional cost. Some hotels do not permit a CWB. In case the chosen hotel does not CWB, an alternate hotel of the similar category will be provided. The above package is not valid during national holidays, public holidays, festivals, trade fairs, exhibitions, and long weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy : Booking Amount Non Refundable. 10 Days before the date of travel - 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. 02 Days before the date of travel - 25% of the tour cost will be refunded. All forms need to be Signed by the Applicant and should be taken clear photocopy of the forms. Note: Light or bad photocopy of the forms will not be accepted. Confirmed onward air-ticket. Complete an application form (Form 14) and letter of introduction (Form V39A) together with a recent passport-sized photograph. Please note that the photograph must be 35 mm by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months. It has to be taken full face without headgear (unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features).
