The flight to Paro is one of the amazing experiences while traveling to Bhutan. One gets a chance to views the Himalayas and other famous mountain peaks while flying on this sector.
On Arrival, you will be received by our Bhutanese associate. This would be followed by a drive to Thimphu. Thimphu, is the capital city of Bhutan. Driving distance is 65 kms and time taken would be approximately 2 hours. This is followed by Check in at the hotel. In the evening, Explore the local areas around the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Thimphu.

After breakfast, drive to Paro. On the way to Paro, visit the Tamchog Lhakhang.

Taksand Palphug Monastery also known as Tiger's Nest is an amazing Buddhist monastery, temple and sacred site is located in the upper Paro town. Built in 1692, Padmasambhava is believed to have meditated at this site for 3 years. Guru Padmasambhava is known to be the founder of Buddhist religion in Bhutan. He is immensely respected and has a huge number of sacred followers in Bhutan.
