Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Dehradoon – Taluka

Our journey starts from Dehradoon and drive through the towns of Mussorie, Nainbagh, Damta, Purola and Mori to reach Taluka. Overnight in guesthouse or in camps near the village.
Day 2 : Taluka – Osla (2560 M)

After an early breakfast we start our 13km trek to OSLA. We pass through the villages of gangad and Seema on the way. Overnight in tents.
Day 3 : Osla – Har Ki Dhun (3566 M)

Today we will trek 12 kms to reach Har-Ki-Dun, this will take about 7-8 hrs moving at a leisurely pace so as to enjoy the beauty of the valley. Overnight in tents.

Day 4 : Har Ki Dhun – Morinda Tal (4200 M)

Today we trek 6 kms at moderate pace to reach Morinda Tal. The trek is a bit over boulders but with the views of snow covered peaks it is a beautiful walk. Overnight in tents.
Day 5 : Rest Day

We use this day to cover up on lost time and to enjoy the glacier nearby.
Day 6 : Morinda Tal – Barasu Pass (5360 M)

Today we trek 8 Kms to reach Barasu Pass. We pitch our camp on the other side after crossing over to the other side of the pass. Overnight in tents.
Day 7 : Camp – Doaria (4000 M)

On this day we trek 10 kms to reach Doaria camping grounds. The trek is initially to the Baspa river bed and then crossing it we reach the camping grounds. Overnight in camp.
- Themes Camping
Day 8 : Doaria – Chitkul (3430 M)

Starting from doaria to Chitkul is 10 kms and it takes about 8-9 hrs. This is one of the best walks of this trek. It is shady and the gradient gentle. Overnight in Chitkul Village.
Day 9 : Chitkul – Kalka/Shilmla

Today we will drive from Chitkul to Kalka or Shimla and the trekking tour ends here.
