Spend eight nights in comfortable domed tents with private bathrooms featuring an al fresco bucket shower and flush WC. Your remaining night with the &Beyond Botswana Explorer Expedition is at The Elephant Camp, within sight of the cloud of spray that emanates from the mighty Victoria Falls, although we highly recommend extending your stay to enjoy more of the wonders of this beautiful landmark.
Camp teams travel ahead to ensure that the mobile camp is fully set up and a warm welcome awaits as you arrive at each destination. A maximum of six guests per safari ensures that you are guaranteed a window seat with prime views.
This safari begins at Maun International Airport in Botswana and ends at Victoria Falls International Airport in Zimbabwe.
Day 1 : Okavango Delta
A member of the &Beyond team will welcome you at Maun International Airport and help you onto a light aircraft flight to Nxabega Airstrip, where a safari vehicle will be waiting to take you to the campsite. Tucked under massive trees, this campsite is situated in an area with a number of permanent river channels.
Explore the crystal-clear lagoons, islands and waterways by mekoro (dug-out canoe), and enjoy game-viewing walks on the islands. Spend two nights at our campsite in a private concession area with a complement of camp staff to cater for your needs.
Awaken each morning to a chorus of birds or the chattering of monkeys and linger in the comfort of your fully sized bed as you listen to the sounds of your hot bucket shower bring filled with steaming hot water.
