Day 1 : DELHI TO SHIMLA BY NIGHT ( overnight journey ) Volvo
Arrivals in Delhi and you have to come to Volvo stand Kashmiri Gate Delhi. Volvo timing is 5:30pm in the evening you’ll reach next morning at Shimla.
Day 2 : SHIMLA – SARAHAN to SANGLA (214 km 6 to 7 Hours)
Meal: Dinner Only
On arrival at Shimla you will be met, assisted and driven to Sangla On the way visit Kufri-Narkandaand the famous temple of Bhimakali at Sarahan. This is the same temple in which human sacrifices were made about two centuries ago. After visiting the temple we will continue driving to Sangla (4-5 hrs) where you will check in at your hotel or could also choose to stay in fixed luxury tented accommodation. After lunch you will be taken on a walk through Kamru and Sangla villages ( 1-2 hrs) and we will visit the beautifully carved old temples and Buddhist monasteries. You will have plenty of opportunity to speak to the local people in these valleys. The Sangla valley is also known as the BaspaSangla valley, after river Baspa which flows through the valley and it is the part of Kinnaurvalley.Overnight in accommodation/hotel in Sangla
Day 3 : (SANGLA ( CHITKUL ) VIA TABONAKO (188 KMS/6 HRS)
Meal:-Breakfast Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel drives you to Chitkul which is the last village on the Indian side on the Indo “Tibetan border. The village of Chitkul is like something from a fairy tale, and you will have a chance to walk slowly around it. The landscapes are stunning, and you will have plenty of time to enjoy them and talk to the local people. We will return to Sangla for lunch in the local restaurants and drive to Tabo The road from Kalpa initially descends to the Indo-Tibet Highway and continues on the left bank of Sutlej till Khab, the confluence of Spiti and Sutlej. We leave Sutlej behind and continue upstream of Spiti. Suddenly you can see the landscape has transformed with barren mountains all around. After an hour's climb we reached Nako, another little village situated at an altitude of 3800m. The main attraction of this village is the artificial lake, which in the late spring is a sight to behold with pink flowers blooming all around the lake. After a brief stop at the lake we descend down to the river bed and continue upstream of Spiti crossing several villages Chango, Shalkar, Sumdog, Hurling; before we enter the town of Tabo. ChosKhorGompa is a 1020 year monastery located in the quaint village of Tabo. The monastery is one of the most ornately decorated depicting the life of the Buddha Pantheon covering its entire walls. You can spend enough time here talking to the monks trying to understand what a thangkapainting is. Spend your day relaxing in the fields of Tabo or hike up to the caves, the monks used to meditate.
Day 4 : TABO-DHANKAR-DHANKAR LAKE- PIN VALLEY-to KAZA )

After breakfast checkout from the hotel visit Tabo Monastery – it is considered to be older than 1000 yrs, DhankarGompa- it is built on a 300 m high spur & overlooks the confluence of spiti& pin rivers, Key Monastery at Kibber& Comic Village. Dhankar monastery, which was once the capital of Spiti, under King’s rule.Dhang means cliff and kar means fort, the fort situated on the edge of a cliff. DhangkarGompa or monastery is one of the architectural masterpieces of Buddhist yore. Built 800 years ago this is one of the endangered archaeological sites in the world. Experience the old world feeling of the Dhankarmonastery.After that leave for pin valley Pin Valley National Park is a National park of India located within the Lahaul and Spiti district, in the state of Himachal Pradesh, in far Northern India.On arrival at pin valley check into hotel. Day 5 : KAZA LANGZA-HIKKIM-KOMIK-KI MONASTERY –KAZA

On the sixth day of this Spiti Valley tour, we drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world. The highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to eye of a snow cock, is situated at a height of 4513 meters. This farming village has a population of 84 people, living in utter isolation, cut-off from the rest of the world for most parts of the year. Later, we drove to Hikkim where we visited the world's highest post office in the world. If possible, you might even meet the postmaster and hear his stories. After sending out a postcard, we drove to Langza. Langza village is situated at an altitude of 4400 meters and belongs to the Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Langza houses a population of 137 in 33 households. Once you are here, you can walk around the village and visit the ancient Lang (Temple) which is estimated to be around 1000 years old. At Langza This centuries – old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable thangkas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the small gompa at Kibber, 9 kms further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction of being the highest permanently inhabited village of the region.

Day 6 : KAZA KI MONASTERY-CHICHAM-LOSAR- KAZA STAYT
Meal:- Breakfast & Dinner
On the seventh day of this Spiti Valley tour, we drive to one of the most photogenic places in Spiti Valley, the Chandratal Lake. Before that, we pass through the high altitude pass of Kunzum La. Stop by at the stupa and pay tribute to the local goddess, Kuzum Mata¬ as she’s known. At 15,000 feet above sea-level, the Kuzum Pass connects Kullu and Lahaul to the Spiti Valley. From there, we head to Chandratal Lake. A visual marvel, this stunning blue-coloured lake is set at an altitude of 4,300 meters above sea level in the heart of high Himalayas and is a must see on a full moon night. It derives its name, Chandra (Moon) and (Lake) from the crescent shape of the lake. Watch the lake change colors from crystal clear shades of blue to emerald greens by dusk. After that return back to Kaza.
Day 7 : KAZA – KALPA (208 Kms/ 06 Hr)
Meal: - Breakfast and Dinner
Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Kalpa.Kalpa Famous for apples and apricots and enjoy delicious Tibetan cuisine at the restaurant. After reaching Kalpa Town, check into the hotel and enjoy town offering the grand beauty of Mt. Kinnaurkailash. Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Kalpa.
Day 8 : KALPA – SHIMLA (220 Kms/07-08 Hr)
Meal: - Breakfast Only
Today morning after breakfast I checked out from the hotel and drove to Shimla. In the evening you will reach Shimla. Cab will drop you at Shimla Volvo Station
