Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Today We Arrive Into the Vibrant Metropolis of Toronto And, Upon Arrival, We Will Transfer to Our Wonderful Hotel Within the Heart of the City. in the Evening, Our Esteemed Wine Guide Andrew Jefford Will Host An Introductory Wine Tasting and the Group Will Sit Down to a Special Welcome Dinner Together.

• Day 2 :

  We Start Our Day with a Guided Tour of Toronto. Next, We Enjoy Some Free Time Over Lunch Before Embarking On a Boat Trip On Lake Ontario. this Evening We Will Sample Canadian Wines Over Dinner.

• Day 3 :

  This Morning We Head Towards Niagara-on-the-lake. this is a World-class Wine Destination that is also Home to a Renowned Community of Wineries and Each is as Distinctive as the Wine It Produces. On the Way, We Will Sit Down to a Relaxed Vineyard Lunch to Absorb the Local Flavour. this Evening Will Be Spent At Leisure.

• Day 4 :

  We Begin Today At the Biodynamic Tawse Vineyard, a Four-time Winner of Canada’s Coveted Winery of the Year Title and Sprawled On the Lower Slopes of the Niagara Escarpment. After, We are Treated to a Rustic Vineyard Lunch and We Will Then Savour Incredible Ice Wine with a Chocolate Pairing. this Evening Will Be Spent At Leisure.

• Day 5 :

  Today We Visit the Stunning Niagara Falls and with Free Time Over Lunch, this is the Perfect Opportunity to Revel in the Local Atmosphere or Perhaps Take Enjoy a Boat Trip. in the Late Afternoon We Visit Stratus. Dinner Will Be Included this Evening.

• Day 6 :

  Domaine Queylus, a Winery Whose Strong Terroir Contributes to Its Elegant Varietals, is Our First Stop Today. this Winery Utilises the Region’s Micro-climate and Soil to Produce Fantastic Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Pinot Noir.
  
  next, We Visit the Elegant, Family-owned Westcott Winery. We Enjoy Lunch Here and Learn About Its Hand-crafted Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sparkling Wines.

• Day 7 :

  Our Day Begins with a Journey Across the Border to the Finger Lakes Region in New York State. Lunch is At Ravines Winery, Where Old World Traditions and New World Innovations Work in Harmony to Create Wonderful Rieslings. Later, We Check Into Our Fabulous Hotel in Watkins Glen Where We also have Dinner.

• Day 8 :

  A Pioneer of Viticulture in the Breathtaking Finger Lakes, Dr Konstantin Frank Winery is Our First Stop. Konstantin Was Was Born in Odessa, Ukraine and Received His Phd in Viticulture from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute, His Thesis Being On Techniques for Growing Vitis Vinifera in a Cold Climate. After His Death in 1985, His Son Willy Frank, Became President of the Winery and Introduced Sparkling Wines. Konstantin’s Grandson is Now the Current President. Upon Arrival Here, We Will Enjoy a Private Visit with One of the Winemakers.

• Day 9 :

  We have An Early Start this Morning as We Travel the Distance to New York City. Here, We Enjoy Lunch Before Transferring to Jfk for Our Flight Home. However, You Could Always Choose to Extend Your Holiday with a Stay in the Big Apple, Home to Some Truly Magnificent Wine Bars, Restaurants and Vibrant Culture.
