PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

• 10 days/ 9 night\'s accommodation in mentioned or similar hotels in a standard double room (as per the package option chosen). Check in / check out time is 12 noon

• Transport using - Sumo (2-4 pax) standard Package - Tavera for 2-4 pax (Deluxe package) and Innova for 2-4 pax and above (Super Deluxe & Luxury package)

• Vehicle as per itinerary only. Incase of any change in routing, extra running of the vehicle would be charged extra.
• Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
• In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
• Rohtang Pass remains closed for all tourist traffic on All Tuesdays. Hence please schedule the departures dates accordingly.
• Manali - Leh Road is an army road and this road officially remains open from 15 June till 15 September only. Opening of the road before 15th June and traffic movements after 15th Sep on this road totally depends upon the snow condition in high mountain passes. Camps at Sarchu also start operation after 1st Week of June and start closing on 15th Sep.
• This Tour is to Trans Himalayan regions and due to unforeseen circumstances like rain, landslides etc, the itinerary may have to be changed at last minute. Incase there are any last minute changes due to operational problems, there are no refunds or compensation associated with it. However, if the costs go up due to changed itinerary the guests may have to pay supplement costs for changed itinerary and ground arrangements.
• It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind (High Altitude Travel or Adventure Tour) to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to rain, landslides, snow, flood, conflict, internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes. Any alterations in programmes and any extra expenses thus incurred due to any reason beyond our control has to be settled directly if such charges come up to make necessary amendments and arrangements for a safe passage. Failing direct settlement of expenses, the company in operation would have to furnish us a guarantee of payment in writing and make payments before the tour services terminates.
• To reduce the risk of altitude sickness you should: drink enough liquids (check your urine periodically to make sure it is pale in color, dark yellow urine indicates that you are getting dehydrated), eat light (low fat food high in carbohydrates), and rest (take it easy and relax). Alcoholic drinks may not help during the acclimatization process.
• We advise that the Indian nationals carry some identity proof along with him/ her during his/ her tour to Ladakh or Kinnaur & Spiti regions like driving license or voter I card or passport. This at time may be required to show at Army check posts while traveling from one place to other (in rare cases Army check posts may ask for an identity proof). Foreign nationals should also have all travel documents in original.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Chandigarh/ Manali (300 kms/9 hrs)

  Meet on arrival in Chandigarh airport/ station and drive to Manali. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 2 : In Manali

  Morning half day tour visiting Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallery (closed on Mondays) and few old temples in Naggar village. Afternoon half day city tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Evening free to explore Manali market. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : Manali/ Keylong / Sarchu (222 kms/ 10 hrs)

  Travel by surface from Manali to Keylong over Rohtang Pass (3980 m) & Baralachala Pass (4800 m) and passing through the several beautiful villages of Lahul Valley like Sissu, Gondhla and confluence of river Chandera & Bhaga at Tandi near Keylong. Enroute also visit 2 lakes Deepak & Suraj Tal. On arrival check in at camp. Overnight in camp.

• Day 4 : Sarchu/ Leh (236 kms/ 10 hrs)

  Travel by surface from Sarchu to Leh over Lachang La (5065 m) and Tanglang La (5360 m). On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
• Day 5 : Leh/ Khardong La/ Leh (78 Kms) 0800 Hrs

  Morning after breakfast at hotel drive for Khardongla Pass, World's highest motorable road at 18480 feet (5600 m). Return Leh in the afternoon. Afternoon visit Leh Market, Leh Palace, Shankar Gompa and Shanti Stupa. Overnight Hotel.

• Day 6 : Leh/ Uletokpo (70 kms/ 8 hrs)

  After Breakfast drive to Uletokpo enroute visiting Basgo Palace, Liker and Alchi monasteries. Also walk around the village and drive to Uletokpo. Overnight in camp.
• Day 7 : Uletokpo/ Lamayuru/ Leh (170 kms/ 8 hrs)

  After breakfast, checkout from the camp and drive to Lamayuru monastery. Lamayuru monastery is one of the oldest and spectacularly set founded in 10th century. Afternoon drive back to Leh. On arrival check in and overnight at hotel.
• Day 8 : Leh/ Pangong lake (160 kms/ 6 hrs)

  After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake14, 500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. Third Highest Motorable road in the world. On arrival check in and overnight at camp.

• Day 9 : Pangong Lake/ Leh

  After Breakfast visit Pangong Lake, A Highest Salt Water Lake In the World, Shared by two countries India (25%) & China (75%), Enjoy the beauty of lake on Banks of the Lake while appreciating the changing colours of fascinating high Altitude Lake. Return back to Leh enroute visiting Hemis, Thikshey & Shey Monastries. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
• Day 10 : Departure Leh

  In time transfer to airport and fly back to Delhi with Sweet Memories of Ladakh. Tour Ends.
