Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Haridwar

  Arrive Delhi and Haridwar unit, the destination gateway to the Char Dham pilgrimage. Reach Haridwar, take the hotel. Take a break until the afternoon. In the afternoon visit the temple and enjoy the evening Aarti at Har ka Pauri Ghat. After dinner, overnight.

• Day 2 : Haridwar - Barkot

  After breakfast at Barkot. Lunch will be served at a restaurant in Mussoorie. Continue drive to Niagara Kempty and then to the Barkot. On arrival take the guesthouse or hotel. After dinner, overnight.

• Day 3 : Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (32 Kms. Drive + 10 kms. Local Taxi + 6 Kms. Trek, one way)

  The itinerary on 3 Char Dham pilgrimage to Yamunotri proceed. Post breakfast, at Hanuman Chatti, Hanuman Chatti coming to take a local jeep Janki Chatti, then trek 6 kms Yamunotri. On arrival take a holy dip in the pool and then having the darshan of Yamuna. Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Moreover a backup Barkot.

• Day 4 : Barkot - Harsil (152kms, 6 -7 hrs)

  Post breakfast drive to Harsil. Stop for a while in Uttarkashi for lunch. Continue to the car to Harsil, a beautiful mountain valley. After checking into a hotel. After dinner, overnight.

• Day 5 : Harsil - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (22 kms to Gangotri)

  Have breakfast at the hotel. Then continue drive to Gangotri, the origin of the Ganges. Hindus visit Gangotri in a great devotion to demystify beliefs related to Ganga. It is said that Ganga would come to earth in full force, so that Lord Shiva receives the waters of the Ganges in his matted locks. A Shivlinga is in the midst of the waters of the Ganges. Getting to take a holy dip in the Ganges and have the darshan of Ganga Maya. Offer prayers to the goddess. Then drive to Uttarkashi and take the rest home or hotel.

• Day 6 : Uttarkashi -Guptkashi, 283 kms. Drive (9 - 10 hrs)

  After breakfast proceed to Guptakashi. En route visit Tehri Dam and heritage of the city. Continue the path and overlook the river Mandakini. Guptakashi reach and take the hotel.

• Day 7 : Guptakashi -Kedarnath (32 kms Drive, 14 kms trek)

  Post breakfast Gaurikund (32 kms drive one way). Then travel to Kedarnath, the remotest of Char Dham Dham. On arrival take the tourist lodge for the night or ashram. Today visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi.

• Day 8 : Kedarnath - Joshimath (Trek 14 kms, drive 200 kms)

  Early morning have darshan of Kedarnath shrine. Kedarnath is one of the Panch Kedars. Legend says that Lord Shiva in Kedarnath lies in a pseudo bull when Pandavas will forgive their sins follow after the war Kurukhetra. The main sanctuary is a stone building. Then start the trekking trip to Gaurikund and on arrival drive to Joshimath. Upon arrival, check in at camp. Joshimath was the first mate established by Shri Adi Sankara located in a beautiful place. Adi Guru attained enlightenment here. Joshimath houses and temples of Lord Narasimha Lord Vasudev (different forms of Lord Vishnu). This sacred place is one of the 108 Divya Divya (sung by Sacred Saints Vaishnavaite). It is 42 km from Badrinath.

• Day 9 : Joshimath - Badrinath -Joshimath (Drive 90 kms)

  After breakfast, drive to Badrinath Dham. On arrival take darshan of the shrine of Badrinath. Badrinath is one of the Panch Badris myths related to Lord Vishnu. After the Darshan, visit Mana village on the edge of the Tibetan border. Travel back to Joshimath and overnight.

• Day 10 : Joshimath - Govind Ghat - Gangaria (21 kms between Joshimath and Govind Ghat)

  Travel Govind Ghat. Then Gangaria Trek, the point of trekking to Hemkund Shahib. Getting to be at camp.

• Day 11 : Gangaria - Hemkund Shahib - Gangaria

  Sri Hemkund Sahib Trek from Gangaria to. You have to cross the hilly terrains. The canopy of Himalayan Mountains will thrill you. The path is arduous. You can hire Doli or horse to cover Some distance. Reaching, Have the darshan of the shrine. Then trek back to Gangaria. Take complete rest.

• Day 12 : Gangaria - Govindghat - Joshimath

  Morning trek back to Govindghat. Then drive to Joshimath.On arrival, take the camp. Today you can explore the temples at Joshimath.

• Day 13 : : Joshimath - Rishikesh

  Post breakfast drive to Rishikesh, the Hindu pilgrimage abode located on the bank of the River Ganga. If you want you can explore the spectacular view of Devprayag, the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. Reaching, take the hotel. In the evening visit Jhulla Laxamn Jhulla and Ram. Rishikesh is home to temples and ashrams of the yoga gurus.

  On the day of Char Dham pilgrimage Concluding with Hemkund Sahib, drive to Delhi and on arrival transfer to the hotel.
