• Day 1 : Haridwar - Barkot (177Kms/05-06 Hrs approx.)

  Morning meets our driver at Haridwar Railway station, then we will proceed our drive to Barkot via Mussoorie, Later drive straight to Barkot. Arrival in Barkot, Check inn into the hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

• Day 2 : Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (36Kms/ Drive & 06Kms Trek (one side)

  Early morning after breakfast (packed breakfast), drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti& start trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at your own cost). After taking bath in JamunabaiKund's warm water and having "Darshan" of "Yamunaji" return to Jankichatti by trek. Later drive towards Barkot,for Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.
  Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again. At Yamunotri, one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the Tapt kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to DivyaShila

• Day 3 : Barkot - Uttarkashi (100Kms/ 04-05Hrs)

  Morning after breakfast, we will proceed our drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi, Arrival in Uttarkashi then visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi city. After that Check inn into the hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. Left time free for rest.
  Uttarkashi: - is home to a number of ashrams, temples. The name of the town reflects its similarity to and location (as north of) the city of Kashi (Varanasi). Similar to Varanasi, town of Uttarkashi is also situated on the banks of River Ganga.
  Vishwanath temple - Vishwanath temple is one of the oldest Shiva temples in Northern India. Re-constructed in 1857 by Maharani Khaneti Devi of Tehri State in the ancient architectural style. It is situated at the heart of the town. A massive iron trident, symbolic of divine mother's, is erected and worshiped from time immemorial at the temple complex. Ganeshji, Sakshi Gopal, Markandeya Rishi's small shrines are also part of the temple complex. Akhand Jyoti as well as Akhand Abhishek, special aarti at morning and evening are offered. As per SkundaPuran, Uttarkashi is known as 'Saumya Varanasi', the abode of Lord Shiva in Kaliyug and counted as one of the twelve Jyotirlingas

• Day 4 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100Kms/ 04-05 Hrs approx.)

  Early morning, after breakfast (packed breakfast) drive to Gangotri, enroute visit at Gangnani take a holy dip in Garam Kund, further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is famous for its nature beauty and for the majestic views of the Deodar trees and mountains. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later drive back to Uttarkashi for Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

• Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Guptkashi/Sitapur/Phata (220Kms/ 07-08 Hrs)

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Sitapur via Ghanshali. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. • Day 6 : Sitapur/Phata – Sonprayag - Gourikund - Kedarnath (30km/22km Trek Approx/ One Way)

  Today Morning after breakfast, we will Drive to Sonprayag, after then we will Start our Trek for Kedarnath from Sonprayag, On route visit Gourikund. Reach Kedarnath Ji Mandir, attend Bhajan Sandhya in Kedarnath Ji and overnight stay in Kedarnath.
  •GouriKund- local Tradition claims that GouriKund is the Spot where Gouri Lived while Carrying Out Practices and it was here that shiva finally Admitted his love for her.
  By Trek: Morning our driver will drop you at Sonprayag, then you have to take local jeep for Gourikund& then your trek start for kedarnath ji, then,Next day, After darshan you have to follow same route & back to Sonprayag.
  By Helicopter: Morning, our driver will transfer you at your prebook Helipad. After Back our car will drop you at hotel for rest.
  Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as PanchKedar.

• Day 7 : Uttarkashi – Guptkashi/Sitapur/Phata (220Kms/ 07-08 Hrs)

  In Morning, leave for Shri Badrinath Ji Temple. On arrival perform Pooja, Darshan and spend time visiting around the temple. Around 3pm drive to joshimath go to the hotel for Dinner and Overnight stay in joshimath.
  Badrinath one of the 'Ancient Four Dham's' is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus, the place got the name "Badri van", meaning "forest of berries".

  Morning after breakfast, Checkout from the hotel, then we will proceed our drive for Haridwar via Rishikesh. Drop at Haridwar Railway Station. Drop with Sweet Memories.
  Rishikesh 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of " Hrishikesh " and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh.

Important Note
 The infrastructure of these areas is not very well developed now and you should not expect or compare it with the other developed destinations there is always shortage of water and power in this region and so you would come across situation like water supplied on time basis – morning toevening.
 In this region all the hotels don't have any Generator facility. If the power failure hotel will provide candlelight.

PAYMENTS:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, onconfirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in INDIA (UTTARAKHAND) but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Terms and Conditions:
 Rates mentioned in the package are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along withquotation.
 The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of thegroup.
 Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid thedifferences.
 Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airlinepolicy.
 Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in suchcase.
 In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest's discretion whether to take service ornot.
 100% payment is to be made onarrival.
 Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don't carry that withyou.
 The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day ofarrival.
 Similarhotelwill begivenincaseofnon-availabilityandoperatorisauthorizedto changethe hotel ifrequired.
 Tour operator is authorized to change the route or itinerary ifrequired.
 Violation of company's policy or misbehave with any of the company's staff will lead to cancelation of the package with norefund.
 For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
 In case of international travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or anyother fluctuation in international market or subject toavailability.
 Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the email conversations will be also part of your contract with us once you make thebooking.
 Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. Company is not responsible for anyloss.
 As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check in. Valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver's License. All the documents must include aphotograph.
 Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof relatedissues.
 For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extramattress.
 It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind ofallergy(especiallyforfood)oranyserioushealthissueskindlyinformusinadvance.
 Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable withstairs.
 Generally, hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs. and checkout time is 11:00 hrs. across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late checkout.
 Many hotels charge extra for room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid athotels.
 If meals are included in package, it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. SomehotelshavingMealcreditpolicyinsteadofBuffetorFixedMenuduringlowoccupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at manyhotels.
 Due to any reason if Vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindlycooperate.
 We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any suchincidents.
 AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parkedvehicle.
 Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us inadvance.
 In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for thesame.
 Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation beforebooking)
 In case you want multiple visits to some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges ofparking.

 The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmedearlier.

 At many of the tourist destination / hill station some of the road / shopping market / mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal packageinclusion.
 Sometimevehicleparkingarealittlefarfromthesightseeingspots.Guestsneedtoreach the parking at their owncost.
 Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we canadjust.
 No refund for short stay or unveiledfacilities.
 No cancellation or any refund will b made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather,landslide,climaticconditionsoranyothernaturaldisaster,fire,anyembargo,acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problemsat
 airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond ourcontrol.
 Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of thetour.
 All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and acceptedby company. Company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

LESS THAN 72 HOURS OR NO SHOW: NO REFUND
In case of Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel's cancellation policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

LAW & JUSDICTION
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of UTTARAKHAND.
