• Day 1 : Journey-Haridwar To Barkot--175kms--7 Hour Driving

  Pick up from Haridwar hotel or Railway Station and start your journey for the base camp of Yamunotri Barkot via Dehradun Mussoorie Kempty fall Yamuna Bridge
  Barkot is a town at the elevation of 1220mts in Uttarkashi District in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is located on the banks of the Yamuna River. Barkot is the last big town near Yamunotri Dham.
  Barkot is the base town for yamunotri Yattra, here you find a better infrastructure and Hotel or Camp to stay, devotees prefer to night halt at barkot before Yamunotri Dham and after darshan they return to barkot for night halt
  In the way of barkot there is lakhamandal a please of Mahabharata time.once reach barkot check into hotel for night halt. Have your Dinner and get proper sleep.

• Day 2 : Excursion - Barkot to Janki Chatti--43Kms - Driving, Janki chatti To Yamunotri Dham -- 7Kms -- Trekking or Pony

Yamunotri Yamunotri temple is situated near Barkot in Uttrkashi District of Uttrakhand state of India. The elevation of the settlement is 33291mts (10797ft).
  Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Devi (goddess) Yamuna which transform herself into a river named Yamuna, it bring up Old and new capital of India Agra and New Delhi both city are located at the bank of river Yamuna. According to mythology Yamuna is Daughter of Surya(Sun) and sister of Yam (god of Death), and she was a one of prime wife of Lord Krishna. There is a hot water spring named Surya kund devotees bake there Prasdam (offerings) into the hot water kund.
  After Yamunotri Darshan Back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot for Night Halt

  Uttarkashi, meaning Kashi of the north, is a town in Uttarakhand, India. Uttarakashi is also known as Somya Kashi. Uttarkashi is a religious place for spiritual and adventurous tourism. Uttarkashi town is also called as Shivnagri. The town has number of temples and ashrams. Uttrakashi is situated at the elevation of 1158mts. Uttrakashi is a base town for Gangotri Yattra or gaumukh Yattra.Since ancient times; Uttarkashi has been a meditational ground for many sages. This has been mentioned in Skand Purana that many sages have found solace here. Due to its serene and perfect location along the holy Ganges, Uttarkashi has always been the first choice for Yoga. Netala, a small scenic heaven around 7 KM towards the source of Holy Ganga ( Gangotri Dham) is an emerging spot for Yoga Classes.

  Gangotri temple is dedicated to Live Devi (Deity) Ganga. Gangotri is situated in Uttrkashi district of Uttrakahand State of India. Gangotri town is located at the elevation of 3100mts (10200ft) from sea level. This place is source of Bhagirathi river which confluence with Alaknanda River in Devpryag and called Ganga Maa(mother). According to mythology King Bhagirathi performed perseverance to incarnation of Devi Ganga to earth from Swarg (Haven). There is a rock named Bhagirathi Shilla and it is worshiped by devotees. Gaumukh the real origin of Ganga is 18kms from Gangotri most adventure lover, trekker and spiritual seeker reach out to gaumukh glacier every year.
  After Gangotri Darshan Back to Uttarkashi for Night Halt

  Guptakashi, Gupta Kashi or Guptkashi is a fairly large town located at an elevation of 1,319 metres (4,327 ft) in the Kedar-khanda ('khanda' means "sector"), in Garhwal Himalayas of Rudraprayag district in Uttrakhand, India. It is known for its ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to the god Shiva, which is similar to the one in Varanasi (Kashi). The other well known temple here is dedicated to Ardhanareshvara, a half man half woman form of Shiva and Parvati. The name Guptakashi has legendary significance linked to the Pandavas, the heroes of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. Its religious importance is considered next to that of Varanasi, believed to be the most pious of all Hindu pilgrimage sites.

  Kedarnath temple is dedicated to lord Shiva and kedarnaths is one of twelve Jotrilinga of lord shiva. Kedarnath is most festinating place and it is situated at the bank of Mandakini River a tributary of Ganga kedarnath town in Rudrapryag district of Uttrakhand State of India. The elevation of kedarnath is 3583mts (11755ft) above sea level. Kedarnath is promoted by Adi sankaryachrya in 8th century, Sankarchrya passed last life days in kedarnath, there are Samadhi (grave) of snakrachrya is located is behind the kedarnath temple. Kedarnathe is one of panchkedar a Group of temple in this region, apart from kedarnath there four other temple is Madmaheshwar+Tungnath+ Rudrnath + Kalpeshwar all temple is difficult to reach out and pilgrims has to trek to reach out for these sacred shrine. In 2013 Kedarnath temple as well as town had to face a furious flood in July month and cause to more than 2000 casualty this flood was divested whole town. The calamity washed out all structure of the town but a big rock rolled from mountain and stopped marginally behind the temple structure just about 10 ft to temple from back wall and protect temple structure miraculously, Shiva’s devotee named that rock as Bheem shilaa.

Badrinarayan temple is located in badrinath town situated is Chamoli district of Uttrakhand state of India, elevation of Badrinath town is 3,133mts or 10,279ft near the parvat(mountain) Named Nar and Narayan at the bank of river Alaknanda a tributary of Ganga. Badrinath temple was reestablished by Adi Sankarchrya in 8th century and it is believed that Adi Sankarchrya spend a lifetime in Badrinath.   Rudraprayag is a town and a municipality in Rudraprayag district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Kedarnath, a Hindu holy town is located 86 km from Rudraprayag. The man-eating Leopard of Rudraprayag hunted and written about by Jim Corbett dwelled here.
  Rudranath Temple Rudraprayag is named after Lord Shiva, and the temple of lord Rudranath is situated at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. According to mythology Narada Muni worshiped god Shiva here to learn music from him. The god then taught him music in his form of Rudra (Lord of Music). There used to be a rock called Narad Shila, where Narada is said to have sat in meditation.
