Package Overview

It is a private Chardham tour package by helicopter, especially for those who don't have 10-12 days for the yatra. This Chardham helicopter package is 5N/6D long in which you'll cover all the Chardham (Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri & Yamunotri) by helicopter. On the very first day of the Chardham yatra tour package by helicopter, you get a stay in Dehradun. The next day after breakfast, drive to Sahastradhara Helipad, and from there fly to Kharsali Helipad for Yamunotri darshan. The next day you have a helicopter flight to Harsil for Gangotri Darshan. On the fourth day, take Heli from Harsil to Kedarnath helipad and fly to Badrinath helipad on the fifth day. This Char Dham yatra package cost by helicopter starts from 1.75 lakh, which changes accordingly if you add more days or make additional changes in your itinerary. • Day 1 : Arrival Dehradun

  Our representative will pick you up from Dehradun airport. After relaxation and refreshment in the Hotel. In the evening the welcome dinner and detailed briefing of Chardham Yatra will be provided. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

• Day 2 : Yamunotri Ji

  0500 Hrs Check out from Dehradun hotel
  0600 Hrs ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome
  0630 Hrs ETA at Kharsali Heli-Base
  In the morning at 0500 hrs start the drive from the hotel to Sahastradhara helipad for Kharsali. On arrival at Kharsali, check-in at the hotel, after breakfast around 0900 hrs head toward the Yamunotri temple on Palki. Approximately 05hrs 30mins (roundtrip) time taken for Yamunotri temple. Yamunotri trek is 06 km one-way. On arrival, offer the prayers to Goddess Yamuna Ji and take the blessings of Goddess. After paying homage, return back to Kharsali. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

  ‘’ Yamunotri is a sacred place as it is an origin place of The River Yamuna. One of four sacred Chota Char Dham of Uttarakhand. It is located in the north of Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand, India. The temple was built by Amar Singh Thapa, Gurkha general in 18th century. Later the temple was damaged & renovated by Maharani Guleria of Jaipur in the 19th century. The source of Yamuna The river lies in the Yamunotri Glacier which is at a height of 6,387 metres (20,955 ft) near the Bandarpunch peaks.’’

• Day 3 : Gangotri Ji

  0630 Hrs ETD from Kharsali Heli-Base
  0700 Hrs ETA at Harsil Helipad
  Checkout at 0530 hrs and departure from Kharsali Heli Base will be by 0630 hrs & the estimated time of arrival at Harsil will be 0700 hrs. On arrival check-in at the hotel. After freshen-up and breakfast, at around 0900 hrs proceed to drive towards Gangotri. Estimated time taken is 4 Hrs (roundtrip) for Darshan of Goddess Ganga. Approx distance is 25 kms from Harsil to Temple and drives time is 50 mins. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

  ‘’ The holy Gangotri temple is located in this sacred town. It is believed that at this place River Ganges descended on the earth after severe penance of King Bhagirathi. The Gangotri Temple was built by the Gurkha general Amar Singh Thapa in early 18th century. The Ganges originates from Gaumakh which is accessible after 19 Kms trek from Gangotri. During winters temple remain inaccessible due to heavy snowfall so the statue of Goddess Ganges is brought down to Mukhba, a small village in Harsil which lies on the way to the Gangotri Shrine.’’

• Day 4 : Kedarnath Ji

  0700 Hrs ETD from Harsil Helipad
  0730 Hrs ETA at Sersi Heli-Base
  Check out at 0600 hrs and depart from Harsil for Sersi. On arrival at Sersi, check-in at the hotel after breakfast at around 1000 hrs, board the shuttle for Kedarnath ji which is 07 mins flight from Sersi. The temple is at a walking distance from the helipad, on arrival proceed for holy Darshan of Kedarnath Temple. Estimated time taken is 2 Hrs for Darshan of Kedarnath Ji. Night stay at Kedarnath/Sersi.

• Day 5 : Badrinath Ji

  0830 Hrs ETD from Sersi Heli-Base
  0900 Hrs ETA at Badrinath Helipad
  In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel at around 0700 hrs and depart from Sersi helipad for Badrinath Dham at 0830 hrs. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visits the shrine for Lord Badrinath Ji Darshan.

• Day 6 : Dehradun Departure

  0900 Hrs ETD from Badrinath Helipad
  1000 Hrs ETA at Sahastradhara Helidrome
  Attend the very auspicious ceremony of Maha Abhishek Pooja at 4:30 AM at the Badrinath Temple which held for 02 hrs (Optional – at additional cost). After breakfast depart from Badrinath at 0830 hrs for Shahastradhara Helipad. Later, they will be taken to Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloakrooms, and then be dropped at airport/railway station for their departure.

• Note – Palki/Pony payment will not be included in our billing amount, since the payment for the same goes directly to Palki/Pony providers.
• Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinath Ji - INR 4,300/person. Total of 100% amount has to be paid in cash to our representative at Dehradun so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each guest.
• Note - Maha Abhishek Puja payment will not be included in our billing amount, since the payment for the same goes directly to Badrinath Ji Mandir Samiti.
• Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath Ji – INR 6,500 for a group of 05 people. Total of 100% amount has to be paid in cash to our representative at Dehradun so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each guest.
• Arrangement of Rudra Abhishek puja will be done subject to availability of rooms at Kedarnath Top, as guests will have to stay the night at Kedarnath top for the same. Additional charges towards the hotel accommodation will also be chargeable, as a stay at Kedarnath top is not included in our tour.
• Note - Rudra Abhishek Puja expenses will not be included in our billing amount, since the payment for the same goes directly to Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti. Disclaimer – Hotel accommodation at Kedarnath top is a budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regards to the hotel services and rooms. Furthermore, the temperature at Kedarnath top may drop to sub-zero levels at night, therefore guests are advised to take a decision keeping the same in view.
• Haridwar, Rishikesh or Mussoorie Visit: On your date of arrival or departure, we can arrange it at additional cost.

Terms & Conditions

• As per the directive was given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in & the valid identifications documents are Voter Id card/Current Drivers License/Aadhar Card for Indian National & Passport & Visa for Foreign Nationals. All the documents must include a photograph.
• It is mandatory to provide valid id proof during the check in to all accommodation providers. If the same is not provided then check-in will be not allowed to any guests & company will not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• Generally, at all the hotels, check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time are 11:00 hrs. If the client needs to confirm early check-in or late checkout, then the same will be on a chargeable basis as per the availability.
• Company is not responsible for any loss/theft/damage of clients belonging; please take care of the same during the tour.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with suppliers like hotels, airlines, etc. However, the suppliers reserve the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by the suppliers. All hotel bookings are based on usual check-in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
• Hotels provide extra rollaway mattress/extra bed as per the availability.
• Meal included in a package, it will be served in a buffet / fixed menu basis. Any item which is not in their Buffet / Fixed menu, it will be charged extra. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy. The hotel has a right to decide on the meal credit amount & extra amount above the meal credit will be paid directly by the clients.
• Company will arrange another vehicle immediately, in case of major technical problem/breakdown of assigned Vehicle. However, in case of a minor issue where the problem can be fixed in some time, we seek the guests’ cooperation.
• We shall not be responsible for any alterations in the tour plan or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property during the tour pertaining to any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from natural hazards, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, or any other causes beyond our control.
• Company reserves all the right to cancel the entire tour or any particular service if complete payment is not received from the guests/clients before the start of the tour.
• AC will not work in all hill areas or also in parked vehicle. In some hilly region, driving is not allowed after sunset.
• The driver will not drive on No-entry zones neither should be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create a traffic jam.
• Pick up and drop point will be fixed before the tour. Any additional pick and drop points will be on extra chargeable basis.
• The driver will adhere the routing as per tour program, if the guests require any change/deviation then same need to be discussed prior before finalizing the trip. Later any changes will not be allowed since it can affect the tour feasibility/pricing also.
• Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in fuel cost, Taxes, entrance fees of monuments/museums or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
• At many hill stations, entry of tourist vehicles (i.e. Innova, Tempo, Mini coach & Bus) is restricted in mail shopping market/mall road. Hence the guests have to manage another available local mode of transport with an additional cost since the cost for the same is not included in the package.
• Sometimes the parking areas are located a little far from the sightseeing spots, and then, in that case, the guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
• The vehicle will be permitted to use point to point transfer services and sightseeing as per the tour. If in case, the guests want to add some additional transfer/any excursions/local sightseeing, kindly inform the company in advance, any changes will not be allowed later. However if incase, guest, decide to do any additional sightseeing during the trip, please contact the company to check its feasibility & the additional charges, if any, for the same.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements on their own. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Payments Policy

• 75% payment at the time of confirmation & 100% payment on the day prior to departure.
• Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund
• Note: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Refunds/Cancellations Policy

• Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
• Cancellations received within 45-31 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
• Cancellations received within 30 -15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
• Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
• Unused services are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
• Wildlife Safaris booking cancellation: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even date change request will be considered as a cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Some Cancellation/refund Policies Are As Per Suppliers:

• Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
• Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy.
• Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines' company policy.
• Note: For the Long weekend, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

Law & Jurisdiction

• For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by the company, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Haridwar Uttarakhand India.
