Chisapani Nagarkot Trekking is a 3 days short trekking trip close to capital city Kathmandu. Combining some of the stunning hill stations of Nepal, this trekking trip goes through typical local life, appealing Mountain View, magical sunset, sunrise, and stunning landscapes.

This trip starts with a drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal and extends through beautiful hill stations Chisapani and Nagarkot. Dense forest and diverse fauna of Shivapuri National park accompany us almost all along our way. In the clear day, the Himalayan ranges (Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Langtang, and Everest far to east) seen from Chisapani and Nagarkot is just untellable.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Drive to Sundarijal and hike to Chisapani (1 hr drive & 5 hrs hike)

  After breakfast at, you’ll be driving to Sundarijal (22km/1 hour). Sundarijal is a beautiful town popularly known for day outing destination. You’ll start the hike from here through Shivapuri National Park and the ethnic village of Mulkharka. The further trail is mostly through the dense forest till reaching to Chisapani. Enjoy the splendid view of mountains and landscapes. Overnight stay in Chispani.

• Day 2 : Hike from Chisapani to Nagarkot (6-7 hrs hike)

  Wake up early morning and admire eye-appealing sunrise view over Himalayan panorama. After having breakfast, we’ll continue trek towards another beautiful hill station Nagarkot. Today also the route is easy, mostly though forest. Stop at Jhule/ Chauki Bhayanjang for lunch and proceed for Nagarkot. Nagarkot is an ideal hill station offers awesome sunrise and sunset view. You’ll appreciate the stunning landscapes, panoramic Mountain View and fresh environment. Overnight Nagarkot.

• Day 3 : Hike to Changunarayan and drive back to Kathmandu (3 hrs hike & 1 hrs drive)

  Today also we’ll walk through the forest and come all the way down to UNESCO world heritage site Changunarayan temple complex. This is one of the oldest temple architecture of Nepal which carries the ancient cultural history of the country. Explore the temple complex and drive back to Kathmandu drop at your address.
