Package Overview

This tour will take you to two of the most amazing place of Nepal i.e. Chitwan and Lumbini. In this 4 day tour you will visit Chitwan National Park and Lumbini which are both listed in UNESCO World heritage site. One is rich in Flora & Fauna and other is rich cultural heritage. This tour will let you explore the wildlife of this park and the culture of its local people.
Day 01: Arrival at Chitwan
Arrival at Chitwan by air or bus from Kathmandu or Pokhara.
Pick-up and drive to Tiger Camp by jeep or horse cart.
Freshen up and coffee/tea and snacks or Tibetan lunch, depending on the time of your arrival.
Visit to Sauraha Museum, Orientation, Village Walk
Visit to Elephant Breeding Center
Yoga or sunset viewing
Star Gazing and Wildlife Viewing or Observing Jungle Sounds.
Day 02: Chitwan Sightseeing
Elephant Back Safari.
Canoeing, Nature or short Jungle Walk and Bird Watching.
Canoeing and Jungle Drive to Bison View Tower starting at around 1 PM
Bird Watching at Lamital,
Visit to Crocodile Breeding Center and Park H.Q. Museum
Deep Jungle Drive further, slow drive back to Tiger Camp
Dinner followed by Tribal Stick Dances
Day 03: Chitwan – Lumbini – Chitwan
Private reserved car drive to Lumbini
Sight-seeing and worshiping at Sanctum Sanctorum Area
Vegetarian Picnic Lunch (at 1:00 AM) at Lumbini Gardens.
Visit to various Stupas (Chinese, Myanmar, Japanese and Thai etc.)
Drive back to Tiger Camp
Day 04: Back to Kathmandu
Visit to Elephant Breeding Center and drive back on horse cart.
Farewell drink.
Departure by car /plane /bus.
Close encounter with wildlife

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Chitwan

  You will reach Chitwan by flight or car or bus (your choice). If choose to travel Chitwan from Kathmandu in flight then you will reach in about 20 min and 5/6 hr by bus or car. But, if you are travelling from Pokhara then you would have to travel in bus or jeep cause there is no flight from Pokhara to Chitwan. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with welcome drinks. Check–in in the standard cottage rooms. After you have freshened up, you will be served coffee/tea and snacks or lunch, depending on the time of your arrival. From there you will visit Sauraha Museum where you can learn about culture of Tharu community. Then, there will be short orientation about the Chitwan, Lodge and programs. You will take short walk around the village and visit Elephant Breeding Center. Late evening you can enjoy sunset doing some yoga or other activity. In dinner you will served traditional Nepali or clay oven (Tanduri) dishes.
• Day 2 : Chitwan Sightseeing

  Early in the morning, your breakfast will be served. From there, you will set off for elephant back safari. After 1/1.5 hr elephant back safari, you will go for short walk in Jungle and Bird watching. You will be accompanied by your local guide so you won’t have to worry about wild animal. There will be a lunch break. After lunch, you will be taken for canoeing and Jungle Drive to Bison View Tower starting at around 1 PM. You will be taken to Lamital for Bird watching, from where you can observe numerous species of resident and migrant birds. Later you will go to Breeding Center and Park H.Q. Museum, and deep Jungle Drive further. At the end of the day, you will be taken back to your hotel where you will be offered free herbal steam Bath, campfire and dinner followed by Tribal stick Dances.
• Day 3 : Chitwan – Lumbini – Chitwan

  You will get a wakeup call at around 6 am and breakfast will be served to you. After your breakfast, your car/bus will waiting for you. From there you will set off to Lumbini. You can go for short Sightseeing and worshiping at Sanctorum Area. When you are inside Lumbini Garden, you can have Vegetarian Picnic Lunch. After the lunch you will be visiting various Stupas (Chinese, Myanmar, Japanese and Thai etc.). Then you drive back to your accommodation in Chitwan with packed Lunch that your guide will provide.
• Day 4 : Back to Kathmandu

  After breakfast, you will be served farewell drink and be departed in car/bus/plane (your choice).
