Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area, a part of Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India and a base for trekking to Tungnath, the third temple of Panch Kedar which lies 3.5 kilometres away.
Chopta is an unspoiled natural destination lying in the lap of the Uttarakhand Himalayas and offers views of the imposing Himalayan range including Trishul, Nanda Devi and Chaukhamba. It is located at an elevation of 2,709 metres (8,888 ft) above sea level. Chopta village is surrounded by forests of pine, deodar and rhododendron and is rich in flora and fauna include rare species of birds and musk deer.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : DEPARTURE FROM DELHI

At8:00pm, Boardour vehicle from Majnu ka tilla bus stop.
Overnight journey to reach Chopta next morning.

Day 2 : REACH CHOPTA & SIGHTSEEING

Check in Camps, take rest & rejuvenate.
Explore the enchanting meadows of Chopta.
Evening, enjoy bonfire & music
Dinner & Overnight stay in Chopta Camps.

Day 3 : TUNGNATH TREK

After breakfast, we will start our trek to Tungnath.
Trek guide is provided to give you complete insights about the entire valley.
At the top, we will be able to see top peaks of Himalayas like Nanda Devi, Kedarkanta, Chandrashila & Dronagiri.
By Evening, trek down to Chopta for dinner with evening snacks & music.
Stay in Chopta Camps / Sari Village.

Day 4 : DEORIATAL LAKE TREK

Have breakfast, We will start our short hike for Deoriatal lake.

Overnight journey to reach back Delhi by next morning.

Exclusions

1.Personal expenses like Telephone,
Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks,etc.
2.Any type of Insurance - Medical, Accidental, and Theft.
3.Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in“Inclusions”.
4.Pick-up or Drop - Airport, Railway station, or Bus Stop
5.Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidentaldamage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s
possession.
6.In case Motorbike is dropped on the way -The cost incurred totransfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
7.Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions
8.Security deposit per motorbike of Rs 10,000/- for accidentaldamages or dropping back the bike if in case you
leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
9.Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
10.Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due tonatural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, andfactors beyond our control

Payment Terms & Methods : We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for
accident, sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason. Guest are
advised to seek such insurance in advance.
Factor such as weather, Road conditions, physical abilities of the participantsetc may dictate itinerary change.
We reserve the rights to change any schedule in interest of safety, comfortand general well-being are no refund would be provided in such situation.
We do not allow smoking during the travel in bus. Make way trips reserve theright to discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct andno refund will be made under such circumstances.
Departure time is fixed as given and its on you qto update your status to thetrip coordinator. Trip coordinator will also try to call you atleast thrice butMake way trips in not responsible for any damages caused to room/campfurnishings and fixtures.
Please not that after the finalization of the tour/Service Cost, if there are anyhike in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guidecharges,- by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
In the Hilly Terrain, it will be Discreation of tge driver to put of the systemsof the vehicle like Air Conditioner, Sound system, Focus will always be onsafety.
In case of any injuries/illness during the trip/Activity, Make way trips as atour operator or any of our local staff will not be responsible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as plannedand need to cancel your booking, do not worry.
Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmationand fast refunds.
Cancellation made before 30 Days – 70% Refund on Package Amount
Cancellation made within 30 to 15 Days – 50% Refund on Package Amount
Cancellation made after within 15 Days – No Refund on Package Amount
Rescheduling dates within the same trek – 20% of trek charges subject toavailability.
The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 30 days after thetrek completion date.
